I went in to get a hair consultation, trim, and a style. The consultation was only questions, no advice was given in regards to products to use or how to help improve my hair condition. I was promised a trim that I didn't get. I know natural hairstylist can trim natural hair in its wet or dry state. Well all I got was dusting of the ends and i badly needed a trim to get rid of my split ends. Next was the 2 strand twist. I didn't realize until i got home that they were done horribly and were so frizzy. Some twists were small, super tiny, fat, and some weren't even twisted all the way to the ends. 2 days later i had to redo them myself and when i was detangling My hair i noticed that she hadnt done a good job of that either. I still had twists with tangles and knots still in them. Price $65. I will not be returning. Nothing seemed upscale about this place from the service to the decor.

Awful!!! Very unprofessional staff with no customer service skills. I had a gift certificate for a…read moremassage and facial. When I tried to book they said the massage therapist was out. She kept trying to convince me to break my services up on different days. I told her I wanted to experience a mini spa day. She said they would call me when she returned to see if the dates I wanted were available. Never heard from her again. I finally followed back up 2 weeks later and she booked me on the Friday I requested only to call me back within minutes trying to move my appointment 2 hours earlier to 8AM!! Who wants to rush the kids to school and then rush over to make sure they are on time for their "relaxing" massage. I was about in tears at that point because of all the back and forth and feeling like I was inconveniencing them for a service they offer. Again, she tried to convince me to break up my services for two different days. One on Friday morning and then come right back the next day and have the other one Saturday morning. I asked who the owner was and she, the "manager", refused to let me know. She kept cutting me off and asking for my return number. I did have time to ask why no one ever called me back in those 2 weeks. Her reply was that they sometimes get really busy and things just get overlooked. I guess they do not need new clients that bad then. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
