They had samples of couscous, which was delicious, so I was super excited to try some of the main items. I opted for the Creamy Chopped Chicken Sandwich and the Almond Crusted Chicken Parm. I went home and tried the sandwich right away after my WOD and saved the chicken parm for lunch! *Creamy Chopped Chicken Sandwich - can you believe this is dairy free AND gluten free? It comes with a small Arugula salad on the side with some blueberry vinaigrette and OMG everything tasted so delicious! I was pleasantly surprised at how much flavor was in everything and how well everything was seasoned. The chicken sandwich was creamy and delicious, the bread being GF was a bit on the crumbly side, but it was tasty and I didn't mind it. The bf didn't like the bread so much, but he's a different species and is picky about everything! I loved the sandwich and that dressing on the arugula salad was yummy! Why can't I make healthy dishes this tasty myself?! At 407 calories with 30g of protein, the macros on each meal fantastic. *Almond Crusted Chicken Parm - again, very wowed by the flavors of this dish. The chicken is cut up into pieces for you, even though it doesn't look like it. They think of everything don't they?! It made it way easy to eat during lunch. The chicken was NOT dry at all, very well seasoned and moist, and definitely tasty. That marinara sauce was yum and paired so well with the zucchini noodles! I devoured this dish, just like the other one! 297 calories and 27g of protein! Winning!!! I loved both dishes I bought, and they rotate their menu online so you can pick and choose your meals. They have grab and go locations and also, if you order in advance, you can select a pick-up location closer to you and they'll have them ready the next week if you order by a certain day! People have the right to give an honest opinion about a business doesn't matter when they decide to do it. But it's up to the person in business to see the mistake, learn, move on, and do better next time. If you are as good as who said to be and and are confident in simply who you are in the business. This review should make no different but just rather another opinion. but here we goes again. It is true. Business owners have the right to decline business. But .... There was multiple conversations about where the venue. Mostly was to be sure that she was ok with how far the venue is. That was already being put up front. Even on the initial phone conversation. The venue was never being unknown. So have she know? She should have already know rather. If she missed the first time. Then she should have ask before being ok with giving a tasting. Then saying she can't do it because she cannot accommodate due the size of the parties & location of the venue. I don't complain about the foods or the amount of food. I would like to talk about my pre-event experience with Chef Lucy. That is because my event does…read morenot occur until December 2022. We have a tasting scheduled for later this month. I called Chef Lucy to discuss catering a wedding with only two months notice. My experience with her has been excellent! She has been so helpful in making suggestions that have helped guide us toward accomplishing our vision, while helping to keep us within our budget. She has provided us with wonderful cost cutting suggestions which I greatly appreciate. Chef Lucy has responded very quickly to every email and text. It is a tremendous help in planning when someone responds to you quickly. She has gone out of her way and provided a great deal of her time to help us and to guide us. I personally know some of the people who call upon Chef Lucy for their catering needs. This is most impressive as I know these are people who require the highest level of food excellence and service and will settle for nothing less. Chef Lucy has been extremely professional yet friendly and warm at the same time. She has a very giving and caring spirit. I can tell by our conversations that she definitely knows her business! I am a small business owner myself. I fully understand the challenges that every small business owner faces in this ever-changing economy. It is not easy! I am looking forward to working with Chef Lucy. I believe she will provide a reception for the wedding that is going to be nothing less than spectacular! I will post another review after our event.
