We tried to return our clothes within the same 5 minutes and were told we cannot return. If we knew this we wouldn't have even bought the items. I've worked plenty of retail places and I can tell you now if I didn't give out our policy verbally on certain items my manager would over rule the policy because that is the staffs fault. The associate that helped us was Maritza and she was amazing! Not only did she help my husband find fragrance, he got King by Dolce and Gabbana and I ended up getting Libre Flower and Flame by Yves Saint Laurent.
