I went for 3-4 sessions focusing on sleep and relaxation. Josh is a really pleasant guy and was really open about his training in hypnosis. His office is a part of a shared photography studio, which is a little strange. The room is huge and it feels a little surreal to be hypnotized in a huge room on a tiny couch. I felt really relaxed during the session and felt clearer afterwards. My sleeping patterns haven't improved drastically and I'm not willing to spend anymore money on hypnosis sessions at this time. Not sure how helpful it was but I'm guessing it might take longer than just a few sessions to see real improvement. It was a good introduction to hypnosis for me but I'm not sure what real benefit I received from the sessions.

Josh had a nice office space where I truly felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. I told Josh that I was a little bit skeptical about the process and let him know of my resistance. He talked me through the process and was very patient. My goals for the session were to ease my testing anxiety, to not second guess myself in the exam, to recall information, and to get a good night's sleep and be able to eat the morning of the exam (I was not able to do either for my first test). The session was unexpectedly emotional, in a good way. It was very relaxing and healing, and I felt cleansed when I left. I remember saying "I don't even care if I pass this exam, this was worth every penny." Much to my surprise I slept like a baby that night and had a healthy appetite in the morning. I passed my test with a very high score (the highest possible) and the entire test took me less than 90 minutes. (The first time it took me almost 6 hours!). I am so happy that I went to see Josh, I know it made a huge difference and now I can proudly say I am a registered nurse! He even called me a couple days later to see how my exam went and told me he was thinking about me on exam day. I will definitely be returning to him, and I have highly recommended him to several friends and family members! :)

Oh and even when you try to speak on the disconnect, they'll just brush you off and never reach out or have you book again. They literally have pushed me away from therapy and therapists. Thanks for nothing. Again, wouldn't recommend.

I had high hopes when I started working with my therapist, Jenika. For nearly a year, everything…read moreabout my experience was positive. Jenika was friendly, supportive, and down to earth. The facility was clean and professional, scheduling was easy, and for the most part I felt great about the progress I was making. But everything changed when we experienced a rupture. Her tone and attitude completely reversed, to the point that I have rarely experienced a similar level of contempt and disregard from anyone, let alone a professional. It felt like the moment we had that rupture, she lost all interest in having a constructive relationship. To be clear, I did make mistakes that contributed to the rupture, we both did. I owned up to mine immediately, apologized sincerely, took responsibility for my actions, and committed to doing better. I was fully prepared to put in the effort to repair the therapeutic relationship. But instead of meeting me halfway, she was distant and closed off. She would not acknowledge her role in the rupture and made no effort to smooth things between us. In what would be our final session I tried to have a heart to heart conversation meant to build mutual understanding and bridge the gap between us, but I was met with an indifferent therapist that barely spoke and was unwilling to engage in a constructive conversation. After agreeing to meet again following a short break to work things out, she abruptly terminated me via email, citing no specific reasons beyond, "Our work together is not helping you." I sent two polite emails asking for clarity or an exit session. I even invited her to give me a response by proxy in the event she did not want direct contact, using a colleague/supervisor to speak on her behalf. That was over two weeks ago and I have yet to get a response. She did the bare minimum required of her and nothing more. For someone who insists that they care about their clients, Jenika's actions were profoundly insensitive. Instead of helping me navigate a difficult termination, or even provide basic information beyond referrals, I was treated like I no longer existed. After almost a year together, I had expected at least the courtesy of a response to my email and a token effort to address my concerns. While terminating she made no effort to avoid my vulnerabilities or trauma which made termination unnecessarily harmful, especially considering her awareness of my sensitivities. Prior to the rupture, she was good. I didn't need any complex strategies, just someone who could be in my corner and help support me as I made changes in my life, learned to better express myself authentically and worked toward resolving my interpersonal trauma. An interpersonal trauma that has now been deepened with her instant reversal, callous behavior and lack of effort despite repeatedly indicating she was invested and enjoyed working together. While I can walk away with many positives from our relationship, I'm now enduring unnecessary hardships that have been caused by her conduct after a single event. She absolutely reserves the right to terminate for any reason she sees fit, but her behavior and complete disregard was entirely unwarranted and unprofessional. This review reflects Jenika strictly as a therapist. I cannot speak to any other therapist employed by All In. But if this is the conduct condoned by All In then I would steer clear. My overall experience started out strong, but despite my best efforts to salvage a nearly year long therapeutic relationship, I was left feeling abandoned, dismissed, and ultimately let down by someone I trusted to help me and treat me with the compassion and respect that I deserve. They'd rather drop you and cut contact than put in the work to repair or provide any amount of closure. My hope is that this provides others seeking compassionate care the information needed to make an informed choice.

She didn't just sit there and tell me what I wanted to hear. She took the time to listen and then worked with me to resolve many of my personal issues from my family, marriage and childhood nightmare struggles. Betsy has a firm but gentle way of getting to the extremely difficult hard stuff and helping you gain the strength to face it. She helps with pealing back the layers to get to the actual issue. She unlocked things I thought I would never be able to face and then we faced it together. I am truly thankful for her wisdom, knowledge and continued strength to help me as I continue to move forward. She is an A+ therapist and I will continue to recommend her.

This place is one of handful of people that doesn't turn away older kids with sever needs and little ones alike just because they happen to need more care. The owner goes above and beyond to provide extra staffing for those that need it. Often at a cost to herself, rather than turn away high needs individuals. Most places often just take little ones that are easy to give therapy to. I like how the owner also has detailed knowledge of each child and their needs and fallows intensely their progress. She is very invested in the progress and wellbeing of the beautiful children she serves and her staff. Great place overall!

I retained Scott Fischer for a custody evaluation against the advice of my lawyer. I regret the…read moredecision. I found Mr. Fischer to be unprofessional and inappropriate. One example is Mr. Fischer, who does not have a medical degree, mocking advice from my primary care physician. He did so in a way that was familiar to frat boys rather than a person conducting a custody evaluation. A second way in which Mr. Fischer was unprofessional was with my therapist. I gave my therapist permission to share his notes and observations with Fischer. Unfortunately, my therapist declined Fischer's request, and Scott Fischer "went off" on my therapist in a rage over the phone. A third way Mr. Fischer was underwhelming was his note-taking. I have his file and am disturbed by how little of what I told him was recorded by Fischer. It was as if he was daydreaming and absent when I replied to his questions. Ultimately, Fischer's custody evaluation made harsh recommendations that he did not support in his documentation. This lack of support, coupled with the inadequacy of his note-taking, has led to five lawyers agreeing that he did not satisfy his legal responsibilities in my case. I'll close by returning to my lawyer's advice about Fischer. My lawyer had experienced Fischer's work previously and said, "He's not a straight arrow." My lawyer did not elaborate other than saying that he was inconsistent in his comments and difficult to pin down. He could have been a more trusted, honest, and reliable resource. Hiring Scott Fischer was a mistake in my case.
