The not so great review is unfortunate, as his employee that performed the work is responsible. We had a pipe burst in the wall which required replacement of the flooring and drywall. At first we thought it looked great and they said the creaky floor would go away with time. It didn't.. then the flooring bubbled and peeled up. When we looked closer, the wall was not cut properly and they shoved spackle into the gap at the bottom which began to crumble prior to paint. Nothing was recaulked properly. Within months the entire floor was coming up, its soft feeling, and the floor is very loud and creaky. The toilet leans now as well. Someone else came out to look and pointed out several things that were done incorrectly. With that said, Jay was great but unfortunately not involved with the repairs himself. We're past the warranty point so it looks like a bathroom remodel is in the near future. EDIT: Jay, please don't insult me by stating that this is a fake review towards your business. You are welcome to come look at the work that was performed and follow up repairs that were made. I assure you that my review is spot on.. but I'm disappointed with the online interaction here.

First off the woman who answered the call was not very friendly, seem to irrated she had to answer the phone. Her tone bordered on rude and she was irrated that she could not hear me well. I let that go and proceeded to have to YELL my inquiry at her. I wanted an esitmate and to talk to someone regarding my options for a gutter replacement at my rental property. She took my number and insisted on my billing address but I stated very clearly my billing address was not for the property I wanted the estimate on to which she rudely said I need a billing address! I gave both addresses and my contact number. She said I forget the guy's name would contact me shortly about coming out. I never heard a word from anyone and then to my suprise on 9/24 I got an estimate from BG Siding. They didn't even 1. tell me they were coming 2. ask what I wanted and 3. tell me that they had been on my property. Of course the estimate is very vauge and I know they don't know what I wanted done so how the heck to they give me an estimate and by the way it was not that fairly priced either. I say go another route. Find a company that cares about potential customers and the service they provide. Too bad too because my dad really liked them and they do all his rental properties. Today, our family received an email from Eddie Green inquiring as to the status of our siding. We told him we had gone a different direction. The email said, verbatim "Yeah, I figured that when I drove past your house and saw the crew there." This is borderline harassment and stalking behavior. He then directly insulted my fathers intelligence and made some disparaging remarks about his character. The mere fact that such an email was sent is absolutely unacceptable. If Mr Green had known that the job was completed, he sent the email out of spite and jealousy. Insulting a potential client is absolutely horrible business practice, and completely childish.
