Collentro did a patio for us, and did an incredible job. We had railings installed after the patio was complete, and when the railing contractor showed up their first question was "Who did your patio?" The railing contractor also provides this service and they were very impressed with the attention to detail. We've also starting using them as our irrigation contractor. This company is very dishonest when it comes to pricing..I and my neighbor have used them to service our sprinkler systems, and for two years we have paid a certain price for there service..I myself have brought them business from others neighbors in my HOA... they are very dishonest and make up prices as they go.... My yard was a mess; squishy in areas and hard as a rock in others. Collentro landscaping sent their team out and wrangled my yard back in to shape. Just finished this evening but already is more level and seeded for Spring. The crew cleaned up after themselves and gave suggestions for follow on care. USE WITH CAUTION, READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY: First impressions are always the most lasting and Collentro Landscaping has assured that I will never again call on them or recommend their services of any kind. I do take responsibility for not reading their service contract/invoice more carefully before committing to them. What I mean is that In their "terms" of service they pretty much void themselves of any accountability for anything that could go wrong while doing a job for you. I thought that's why companies carry insurance, so they don't have to pass the cost of their mistakes or failures on to their clients? Anyhow... In my case I hired Collentro Landscaping to cut and remove a tree and stump. They did not remove the stump on first attempt due to a fence being in the way. So I had the fence removed, and the stump was removed. However, the fence guy was obstructed from finishing his work because Collentro left a huge mess where the stump had been. This oversight cost me an additional $200 from the fence guy to haul away the debris; even though I had already paid Collentro $1800 for the [whole job]. When I addressed the problem, Collentro's excuse was that it would have been an additional cost, not included in the contract. True, the contract does not say specifically "stump/debris removal". Yet it does say "Includes removal and disposal of tree and limbs." I thought the stump was a part of the tree? When I called their office and mentioned the oversight I got an apology and acknowledgement that this had not been done correctly. However when I wrote asking for reimbursement of cost I barely got an apology. So folks, this to me is a resemblance of poor ethics on the part of Collentro Landscaping. $200 means more to them than customer satisfaction/approval. I hope you research your options first, but if you go with them make sure you are clear of what their contract means...As for me, never again. read more

I made the mistake of not winterizing my sprinkler system and the pipes froze and started leaking. I called Collentro in the afternoon and they were out the very next morning taking care of the issues. They did a great job explaining the winterization process and what it would take to fix the damaged parts. I highly recommend this company. read more

Nice job on patio - but they ruined my beautiful yard grass. They did not restore what they damaged. Left heavy machinery in my yard during rain - causing yard to sink in areas below treads. Their restoration involved sprinkling some grass seed - which washed away when it rained. I would not have bought their patio if I knew they would destroy my yard - and not fix it. read more

I started using Collentro Landscaping last summer for occasional mowing to help my husband out. They do a very thorough job with the mowing, trimming and clean-up. We were very happy with their work. Earlier this year I had a tanker truck back up into a brick monument we have at the end of our driveway and completely knock it down. Nick happen to see it when he was over to plow our driveway after a snow storm and gave us an estimate. Nick and his crew just finished repairing the monument and it looks great. They were able to do the job in one day and unfortunately for them it rained the last half of the day. Nick and his crew are very hard workers and take pride in the work they do. My wife and i hired Collentro Landscaping to come out and transplant some plants and trees for us. We were installing a small detached garage and didnt want to loose some of our more established plantings. Nick came out and met with us he was very knowledgeable and helped us make an education decision on which plants were worth keeping and which ones would most likely not make the move. Its been about 6 months now and 99 percent of the plants survived the move. We are very happy and plan on using him for our landscape maintenance this coming year. read more
