Despite those promises, they locked us into a 3-month contract and have made it nearly impossible to cancel. From July 17th to September, Amanda (Client Success Leader, Strategy & Innovation) and Hollis from support kept passing me back and forth without resolving anything. I had to call them every single day just to get a response. Once I finally sent my cancellation email, they completely stopped providing updates on our ads--even though we were still paying them. My account is still not cancelled, and I ultimately had to cancel my credit card just to stop working with this company. To make matters worse, I honestly believe they have their own employees posting 5-star reviews--there's no way this many people are truly happy with such poor service.
