So if you want to get Ripped OFF or SCAMED these would be your people however if you want reliability and good communication these are NOT your people. Also they use a online portal for all communication, and the worst administrative communication when calling in for clarification. Their creative ads were a JOKE. My administrator could have created the entry level, unartistic ads. When I complained about speaking to someone who spoke better English, they just swapped out another junior person thinking that would resolve my issues. The dude name Chris... is such a laugh. Very disappointed and unprofessional. We were looking for a partner to grow with. We signed a contract based on things said instead of things read (my fault) When we noticed some problems there were long delays in giving us the information needed to correct them. eventually when things soured The Owner had many excuses and blame but no real solutions. Eventually called and yelled at me using the F word and personal attacks. Think and read before you sign a contract also shop around there are other companies that work for less and have better customer relationships skills. Thank goodness I decided not to have them handle the SEO.... My attorney got on their case, and I was lucky to not waste anymore money funding this terrible company. They seem to do this scam with so many others. Matter of fact, someone from the "inside" shared my attorneys letter with another unhappy client, and that company contacted my attorney to ask for his help. After i Paid them they NEVER mailed Any of the postcards they did however design 3 different postcards but never gave me copys of them i could use they only gave me copys with thier logo printed all over the images. The only thing they ever did was email and text me threatening to sew me if i did not give them more $$ AND i signed a 3 month contract they then turned around and tryed to say i signed a 1 year contract with ongoing services.
