I can honestly say that in all my years of life I have never been disregarded, disrespected, deceived, and blatantly dismissed as I have with this company. In 2021 initial contact was made with MICHAEL CALLAHAN regarding a website. He and KARL LAWRENCE were primary contacts. Lack of results, unanswered/ignored emails and texts, poor communication, and in my opinion, their unwillingness to produce ultimately led to just giving up on them. No website was designed, no refund was given, my company has since gone out of business. Over a year later, in December 2022, I reached out to Michael Callahan and Karl Lawrence informing them of my cancer diagnosis and asked if it would be possible, since they never did a website and my business is now closed, to receive a refund to assist with my medical needs. Michael Callahan immediately responded asking for my CashApp information. I assumed that was because he agreed to issue a refund. I gave him my information the same day, then their communication stopped. After months of attempted follow up via text and email, KARL LAWRENCE finally called in February 2023. On that call, in addition to telling me of his father's battle with cancer, he assured me that I would be refunded in full in a month once their business picked up. In late March 2023 I began reaching out via email and text to follow up on the conversation with KARL LAWRENCE and the refund he assured me I would receive. Needless to say there has been no response. I genuinely feel like he made a mockery of my illness and financial situation. Not only do I find this extremely cruel and offensive to do to someone in my position, it's just wrong and inhumane. It is now late April 2023 and I have sent repeated text messages to MICHAEL CALLAHAN and KARL LAWRENCE, I've emailed the repeatedly, I've also emailed the company support email several times. Needless to say, all attempts to reach the company have been meet with no response. It's disgraceful!

I've asked for my money back several times as the only results I've seen are worse than when I started with them -- but all I get are promises I'd be in #1 by July 2019 -- and of course, that was the usual b.s. -- and is over and gone. So, all I can say about them is be very careful what they promise, and don't fork over any cash unless they actually come thru with their promises. For me, I would have been better off without them.
