I like that she care about creating systems that can be maintained. She also cares a lot about using time productively. Sometimes we will be done with a project five minutes early, but she will not leave. Instead she will go get started on the next project so that she is being productive until the last minute. She even stays a few minutes extra. She also organized our shed and we couldn't believe the results. I used to think the shed is full but now we realized we actually have a lot of extra space. She listens well. I find that for the most part she requires very little supervision. We are doing the garage now and we will be using her to do the closets and the rest of our home too.

The one worry I had was that I would revert to old (messy) habits, and that my home would eventually revert back to it's old disorganized self. But Liz really worked with me to develop new systems and instill good habits that work with my busy lifestyle. She also gave me decor and layout suggestions that really improved the flow, look and feel of my space. Invaluable to say the least!! She is super easy to work with and helped me feel at ease right off the bat. Highly recommended!!

Given the housing market is cooling nowadays, if you're in the market, you are probably in a better position to negotiate an inspection on purchase. The 5-star consistent Yelp reviews don't lie. He grew up in a household that's in construction and real estate. He quickly responds to the first request for information. However, you should be able to find all you need from the detailed breakdown of prices on his website. He spent four hours on our house and thoroughly explained the HVAC system, how all our equipment works, and how to maintain it through the seasons. Very patient with answering all my Q's because I know nothing about it. While our home is relatively new and within limited warranty, he did find some HVAC-related items, electrical panel and external areas to improve. What did we receive at the end? A detailed 45-page report (we had two HVAC systems) with 10+ recommendations and pictures. He even had diagrams of our electrical, heating and plumbing systems etc. All the model numbers of our equipment and home appliances were listed and submitted to notify us of any recalls on an ongoing basis. It was worth it for us to get the home inspection after purchase. We paid for the extended thermal scan of the home, but we didn't upgrade for the radon scan. However, it's only $30 to add on a radon scan if you want a quick check.

I found CBG through googling decluttering. It was a cold call (I'll admit); didn't see any reviews…read moreand based my decision on what I saw on their website. Initially we had 1 project (which was later divided into 3 parts) which once completed grew into another and another and another. Our interaction with the company began with an in-person meeting with Linda (the owner), she was so kind and took a tour of the house making recommendations about how we could make areas more functional. She wanted to know about the people who lived there and what our interests were. If we didn't want to do something, she never pressured us to think otherwise. We were assigned a team who are personable and great at what they do. They were on time and our 'project' was carefully transferred from Linda to the leader. After one day, the room which could have been featured on hoarders was neatly categorized and everything was in boxes. Needless to say, it didn't take us long to fall in love with our new space and hated looking at the areas that weren't as organized. What did that mean? Our interaction with CBG continued and we're now set on them doing the whole house. At present, they've spent the equivalent of 1-2 week's organizing our home. The entire time, Linda regularly checks in to make sure we are happy with how the project is going and when we had to bring in a new team lead a few weeks ago, Linda was back to ensure the project continued seamlessly. They will contact handymen and movers when necessary and these other guys have always been professional and proud of their work. I would highly recommend this company (I already have) to anyone looking to organize/declutter/transform a space. Linda and her team are fantastic.

They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. Dealing with the toys and mess of a child is like experiencing a small tornado ripping through your home once a day. I was paralyzed. Suzanne zipped through here like a spring breeze. She is so positive and friendly and real, and not at all judgmental. Some organizers give off judgmental vibes and are a bit pushy when they want you to let go of all that worthless crap that has sentimental value for you. Not Suzanne. She is energetic (and energizing!) and quick, but gentle and tolerant at the same time. And oh my god she makes it look so easy being organized. She gave me AMAZING ideas for keeping toys organized. I saw Rosalind's ad in a local paper and, intrigued by the free in-home consultation, called and set up an appointment. I was immediately put at ease by her friendly, pleasant demeanor, and we went over the problem areas I wanted to tackle. We set up a plan and got to work. Rosalind has a great deal of patience and persistence in tackling even the most disorganized spaces. She helped me sort and discard/recycle the items i didn't need, taking them away with her at the end of the day. Everything got sorted, labelled, and organized so that I had easy access to craft stuff in my studio, and all the home maintenance stuff stashed in my laundry room and basement storage areas. We also decluttered my living-dining room and she came up with some excellent ideas about rearranging the space. She arranged for items to be consigned or sold on local buy-sell sites, taking the pictures and organizing transportation as needed. Out of this came a chance to see my space anew, and i was able to contract a renovation to better enjoy my living space. Feeling the weight of too much stuff lift from my shoulders also encouraged me to start a (body) weight loss program and I'm 3/4 of the way to my goal weight.
