A Masterclass in Incompetence and Poor Communication…read more I am writing this review to detail the profoundly unprofessional and ethically questionable conduct of real estate agent Randy Schulenburg, who represented the seller of a condo I wished to purchase. The sequence of events was as follows: My agent submitted my good-faith offer to Randy Schulenburg. The seller received our offer. Randy Schulenburg informed us that a "second offer" had materialized and instructed us to come back with our "best and final" offer by 5 PM the next day. Within less than two hours of this instruction, the property's status was changed to "Pending" on Realtor.com. Confused, my agent called Randy Schulenburg to inquire what was happening. He provided no explanation for the conflicting information but told her that we could still submit our best and final offer. We did exactly as he said and submitted an improved offer. After submitting, we heard nothing. My agent sent numerous emails asking for any update. After this period of unprofessional silence, Randy Schulenburg finally got back to her simply to state that the seller had accepted "the first offer." The complete lack of transparency is unacceptable. The entire "best and final" exercise, initiated after the property was already pending, appears to have been a complete fiction and performance art masquerading as real estate sales. The greatest indictment comes from my own agent, who stated that in her 30-year career, she had never encountered anything nearly as questionable as this. I cannot recommend Randy Schulenburg under any circumstances. My experience suggests you cannot trust the information he provides or the processes he manages. Dealing with him was a frustrating and shady experience that cost us time and emotional energy. Exercise extreme caution.

Michael always answered promptly and in ways that made it easy for us to understand. If there was something confusing, he breaks everything down in great detail. He was great at making us feel comfortable enough to ask him anything at anytime! Not only is he knowledgeable about the ins and outs of realty but he has a great eye for seeing the positives and negatives in homes. He pointed out things at houses that we never would have seen on our own. After seeing multiple houses that were not a fit for us, he always had an optimistic attitude reassuring us that the perfect house for us is out there. He was right! When we found the home we loved, Michael was involved every step of the way. We had a few frustrating hiccups along the way with the seller but Michael handled it all very gracefully. He kept in touch with the seller and updated us as often as he could. We could not have gotten thru those frustrating moments without Michael. In the end, everything worked out! Michael was even able to renegotiate our agreed price to a lower one! That was a pleasant surprise for us! Overall, we are very happy we went with Michael as our realtor instead of previous ones we had met. And thanks to Michael, I am able to write this review while sitting in my wonderful new home.

Since Dave Ramsey is a name I'm familiar with, I decided to set up an interview with Miles to learn more about him. My wife and I met with Miles, and we hit it off right away. Miles is driven, has tons of energy, and has experience in all aspects of the real estate business. He explained the selling process from start to finish and even provided options for keeping the property and turning it into a rental investment. We chose to work with Miles because he took the time to understand our needs and unique situation, since we were selling a property on behalf of a sick family member. Miles is interested in more than just adding another home to his portfolio. He truly wants to make sure you are aware of all options and have the information available to make the best decision for your situation. Over the next few months, Miles served as an advisor who made himself available via in-person, video calls, phone, email, and text. Yesterday we closed on the sale, and we couldn't be happier with the service Miles and the entire Kombrink team provided. We highly recommend Team Kombrink and specifically Miles for all of your real estate needs.

I knew what I wanted, but the market had nothing for that first year. He was very patient with us and never let us settle, he got to know us and what we liked and definitely didn't like. When we found the perfect house he fought hard for us and was very knowledgeable on ALL fronts to get us everything we needed. He still continues to stay in touch and issue help if needed, even after we have been in the home for a few months now. I would HIGHLY recommend Miles as your next realtor. He takes the pressure off and all the while not making you feel pressured. Which is an awesome quality, in my opinion. Thanks so much Miles, we are incredibly happy with our home.

As I was going through the home search process, I called half a dozen relators to find someone who was personable, easy to work with, and committed to making sure my priorities were being heard. Even from my first phone call with him, Ron was extremely dedicated to making sure that I was taken care of and my needs were being met. Ron is an excellent listener and is the type of relator who is not going to try and pressure you one way or another. He will listen to what you need and will aggressively go about seeing those needs met, even if he doesn't 100% agree with you (which in my opinion is the sign of an excellent relator). Ron has a ton of history in the area so he will easily be able to recommend lawyers, tradesmen, financiers, etc who you can trust and get the job done quickly with a great value. His website is always up to date, easy to navigate, and more aesthetically pleasing then most of the big box relator sites. And when it comes to the actually home purchase he will work with you through the whole home buying process... Not just showing a home and closing on it. For the BEST service, go to Ron Pifkin Realty. You won't be disappointed
