She took the time to sit down with us and walk through the entire home-buying process, answering every question we had and making sure we felt comfortable and informed. It was truly impressive how quickly she was able to find us a home that was the right fit. Miranda was always extremely responsive--whether it was a phone call, text, or email, she got back to us quickly and was always ready to help. Her knowledge of the real estate market is outstanding, and there was never a challenge that felt too big or too complicated for her to handle. Her team was also fantastic. Jacolyn and Andrew were wonderful to work with and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Working with Miranda felt like so much more than just a real estate transaction--it felt like becoming part of her family. She has built such an incredible local community in Crystal Lake and continues to bring her clients together through events throughout the year. We are so grateful we had the chance to work with her and would highly recommend Miranda and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

That rental didn't work out for us, which was a blessing in disguise. Scott made it a point to stay in touch with us over the last 4 years to see if we were ready to purchase and led us to someone who was able to help us repair our credit to get us financially ready to purchase. We were finally situated this year to purchase and he helped us all along the way. He was there for us to answer all the questions we had and for those he didn't have an answer on he researched the information and provided it to us. I commend Scott for how consistent he was in checking in on our family throughout the years to see if we were ready and able to move forward to purchase. He shared a lot of information on renting verses owning which helped to guide us with the ultimate decision to purchase and invest our money instead of throwing it away on a rental. He was very flexible with our schedules and was so patient over the years taking us to many locations till we found "The One"! I highly recommended working with Scott Henninger and his team. Even when he couldn't make an appointment he was able to send someone from his to meet us at the location he looked at for purchase. I am so thankful to have connected with him and I highly recommended taking your business to him! Thank you again Scott for all that you did! You and your team were amazing and you have helped us so much along the way! Without your consistency and guidance we would have been throwing our money away! THANK YOU!
