Two negatives; 1. they didn't print out my emissions sticker when the test was completed and tried to give me a sketchy excuse that he was already doing another test and he couldn't give me a sticker as I told Raphel I was turning around and come get it. If literally just driven off, and stopped at a light and noticed the date on the sticker was my old date. If he'd done it when he completed my test, then it wouldn't have been an issue as all I'd have to do is swing around and pick it up. Instead, of saying he overlooked printing it out and apologizing for that, I got shady excuses instead. That's the negative here costing them a star. 2. They vacuumed only the passenger side of my car... Why bother vacuuming at all!?! Minus another star. Besides the above the service of fast and efficient, beware of all the extra stuff they'll try to sell you though Update 7/13 from 7/11 service: Third negative: they tinkered around with my air filter assembly and talked me in to replacing it.I'm not entirely sure exactly what they messed with in there but now it's so loud in my car and noisy when I turn on the air. It never used to be this crazy noisy.. Updated star rating from 3 stars to 1 star.

To start off, I was sold a car that less than 24 hours later the check engine light came on, car…read morestarted squeaking, and a number of other issues appeared. I tried working with the owner to allow him to fix the issues that I was told would be taken care of on his expense since the car was just purchased. After giving him some time to handle the issue. I ended up having to take the car elsewhere to get some of the issue fixed. I then gave Corey another opportunity to handle my issues I was having with the safety of the vehicle. I dropped my car off to have work performed and upon picking it up. What I gave them money for was still not fixed and to make matters worse there were additional problems with the car and parts now missing off my car that was there when I dropped it off. I spoke with Corey explained the situation and was told that he hired someone third party to work on my vehicle and would not be held responsible for any damage or unfished work. This man is a con artist and getting over on those who don't know any better.

I asked for a new motor. I gave Corey 2200 cash and would pay the rest when a NEW motor was put in. Not only did he NOT place a new motor in, which I repeatedly asked for a new motor, refused to give me my money back. Car doctor wanted to charge me storage fees because they refuse to put a new motor in my car. This nightmare began in December 2014. It's 2018 and I still don't have that car or my $2200. They take your car and sell it or in my car let their friends keep the car in their storage without you not knowing, then charge you storage, with him and his friends sharing profits. The front man Corey, lied and told the state he fixed my car in December, but as of February the next year., I was calling around looking for motors.LADIES DON'T TRUST THIS LYYNG SNAKE. Their whole MO is to swindle you out if your car. Men they will lie to you too if you font know card. When Corey gives you that one piece of paper to sign, write 1 of 1 on the sheet because Corey added more sheets to the paper when my don went and asked him about the car Corey wrote all kinds of things on the paper and stapled more sheets to the one sheet I signed. THE LORD KNOWS AND SEES WHAT YOU'RE DOING COREY. AND HE's NOT PLEASED. I give a rating of zero stars. I pushed one star because it wouldn't rate a zero, which I gave you s ZERO!!! !!!!!!!

So I just called this location to get a part while sitting in the store lot. The manager told me…read morethey were closed. The website, sign on the door, and the map says they're open til 11. I walk in he says man I'm just tryna get out of here smh. I just turned around and left won't spend my money where someone would lie to me to leave early.

Two months ago I stopped here to buy some coolant for my truck. Prices were SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER…read morethan Autozone or Walmart. But I noticed they were offering a $7 REBATE on a gallon of Antifreeze. I sent the rebate form in and after TWO MORE MONTHS I finally got my "reward card" from Advance. Took it into this store on Lindbergh and the staff was RUDE, CRUDE and totally INCOMPETENT. They could not figure out how to process the $7 REBATE that their own company had sent me. One A-hole asked: "WHERE DID YOU GET THIS? WHERE DID YOU FIND IT?" As if I had found it on the sidewalk somewhere. The DARK complected sales associate walked off from the counter because he said: "I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS TODAY." The two other morons told me "THE CARD HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED." So I called the tollfree number on the card and the person said "THE CARD IS ACTIVATED AND READY TO USE." When I tried to swipe the magnetic strip, their system was UNABLE to read the strip because, as I was told the strips on SOME CARDS DO NOT FUNCTION, and that the counter guy would need to just type in the numbers to make it work. THE BLACK CASHIER WALKED OFF and some booze breath white guy took the card and told me they COULD NOT ACCEPT THEIR OWN REBATE CARD. Hands down, the MOST INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DIP-STICK half-wits I have ever encountered at a retail establishment. I own 32 CLASSIC CARS and WILL NEVER GO TO ADVANCE AUTO PARTS AGAIN. Time to board up the store and go OUT OF BUSINESS, because you have no brains and no ethics. What a collection of LOSERS ! I was about to have them order an alternator for me, but their inability to accomplish this SIMPLE TASK made that impossible.
