I'm in my mid-30's, I'm healthy, I eat right, I work out. Plus I have a policy through work that costs me close to nothing. Why on EARTH would I pay money for more??? Well... Robert didn't push me, he just informed me. In fact, it was months later that I actually came to HIM asking for a policy and here's just a few reasons I'm glad I did: 1) Your work policy is only as good as your employment status with the company.. leave, and you're out of luck- you're paying WAY more if the policy actually lets you carry it on your own 2) See that dark mole on your body? Get it checked and have it even potentially come back as cancerous... Now you're out of luck. You're not getting approved for life insurance from anyone - at least not at an even-close to reasonable price 3) Corona-what???? Who would have EVER thought a virus would ravage our world and be so unbiased toward its victims? I lost an aunt in her 40's to this monster. She left two VERY young children behind I'm so grateful that Robert provided me with the facts and resources I needed to make my own decision. He didn't push me or use any slimy sales approach, he simply gave me information. With facing a possible recession where jobs (and benefits) aren't promised and a virus where health isn't guaranteed - I'm so glad I made the right decision and put my trust in Robert and State Farm. Should anything happen to me, my baby girl (1 y/o) will financially be taken care of. Having all of your insurance needs in one place is certainly convenient (and cheaper!) but having them with Robert McDougall and team is a piece of mind. You know you're getting it straight, every time. Thank you State Farm and Robert for helping my family today and tomorrow, whatever that may bring upon us...

I didn't have any issues with my daughter's since she's under 18, but I had major issues with my son's policy since he was 20. I talked to a representative by the name of Casey on 11-10-25, she sounded like she smoked 2 packs a day and was in her 70s or 80s (very delayed responses to my questions). Evidently my son wasn't the policy owner and with the privacy laws she wouldn't tell me who the default policy owner was since my mom passed away. I asked her how I was supposed to fill out the surrender form if I didn't know who the policy owner was and she just kept telling me that she couldn't share that information with me, she never shared the process or policy on how to find that out. All she would've had to tell me is that the executor of the estate is the owner without even sharing a name. Come on people, you work in the insurance industry and don't even know the policy or process when someone dies, this company is a disgrace to its customers and the workers need to be taught to teach their customers about the correct process and help them as a paying customer. I've never been treated like this at my local auto and home insurance company and they all know me by name when I walk into their office. Don't do insurance with someone if they aren't a local company, if they aren't face to face with you, they will treat you like crap. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.
