The…read moreamount of money I spent for 3 items not even good quality food was 70 dollars not including the tip. The burger was okay, chicken strips were not good at all, the mozzarella are definitely over hyped good but way to greasy and the best food item I had gotten was the mac and cheese on the side of my chicken strips. The waitress was sweet, but did talk too much felt like I had to have a full conversation with her instead of actually ordering my food. I do appreciate friendly service workers although i'm hungry let me order then we can chit-chat!! Really nice inside love the lighting and atmosphere. Sooo many TVs right next to each other too kind of overwhelming also with music playing.

Some overlap on food and beverage but not completely. Service is solid including Christine our cabana hostess. She put us in the Tito's cabana, which was well located and convenient to our day bed rental. Overall, a great Saturday.

I really enjoy hanging out at the M Bar and I visit 2 - 3 times per week while working in the Lake…read moreCharles area. It's a small locally owned and operated bar and grill catering to the locals, but out-of-towners such as myself are always welcome. I visit during happy hours (4:00PM - 8:00PM) and take advantage of the $2.00 bottle beers (12 oz) and the 1/2 priced burgers on Tuesday's and the .75 wings on Wednesday's. On these days and times, the bar in not crowded and it gives me an opportunity to relax and un wine after a long day in the office sitting behind a desk. On occasions, I visit on a Thursday when there is a live DJ, but this place can get very busy as Thursdays seems to cater to the younger crowd. I always feel safe at this spot, and I never worry about trouble or the crowd getting out rowdy of control. The service is on the slower side, but the customer service is awesome due to only having one POS. I highly recommend they install another one to speed up the service. Now the food. I've had the opportunity to taste the wings, the M burger with fries, and the Firecracker shrimp. Everything is cooked to order, well-seasoned, and delicious. The M Burger comes with a custom blend perfectly seasoned patty that covers the entire bun, M bar sauce, white cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, and purple onions, and served with hot Cajun seasoned fries. SO GOOD, I order one every Tuesday. After all, where else can I get a good made to order burger and fries for $6.10 plus tax. The wings come in a variety of flavors. They are perfectly cooked to order and no matter what sauce you put on them, they are delicious. They are however, on the small side, but I can't complain, they are very good and at .75 per wing on Wednesday's, you cannot go wrong when paired with $2.00 Bud Light. The Firecracker Shrimp I love me some shrimp and these are to die for. A little pricy for 6 shrimps, but the shrimps are large, lightly battered and fried to perfection, and served with the M Bar's spicy sauce. I believe in supporting small minority owned businesses. Providing them with the opportunity to grow by spending my dollars with them means a lot. But if you're looking for a quite little place to hang out without the large crowds, give the M Bar a try. They even have a nice patio area to hang out on.

Our server Viv took our drink orders and welcomed us and dropped off the menus, she was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We decided to order a few appetizers the sampler platter (mozzarella logs, sliders and boneless buffalo chicken wings) and an order of the delicious mozzarella logs all which arrived hot from the kitchen again a credit to Viv's attention to detail - we ordered burgers and a shrimp po-boy for our entrées again everything arrived still hot and the burgers were all as ordered. The restaurant has a diverse menu offering anything from elevated bar food to seafood entrée and creative salads. Everything was delicious and there were absolutely no complaints regarding the food or service, if there was any negative it was the very uncomfortable wood bench seating, we has a wrap around booth and although beautiful it was not something I would sit at for an extended period of time so we cashed out and left as soon as the check was paid. This is definitely a place I'd recommend for causal dining, to catch a game or enjoy a few cocktails and beers with friends and family but probably would look for more comfortable seating...
