After going to really snobby, stuffy and high pressured shops that did not care about my budget or what I really wanted, I cannot say enough good things about this shop. My whole experience was delightful and memorable from start to finish. When I came for my first visit, the girls were really attentive and took time to get to know me. They really took the time to hear my wedding vision. They didn't make me feel pressured to pick and buy a dress, in fact they helped me find that perfect wedding dress. It was in the upcoming season and had to return 6 a few months later. They were very good with staying in touch and letting me know when the new line arrived. When I finally returned to try the new season, the girls were again, amazing in their service. They helped me realise my vision by customising part of my dress that made it perfectly my own. They always made me feel like I was the most important customer and even with my bridesmaids, the staff shared in our wedding fun. Despite all the tweaks and customising, my dress remained within budget. The shop was really good and helped me meet my budget and creating my perfect dress. They were also very good at fitting my appointments around my hectic schedule. They paid attention to every detail and it showed it the quality of my custom pieces and alterations. I highly recommend this shop for the best wedding dress shopping experience. I have left not just as a thoroughly satisfied customer, but I have left feeling like I've made some new friends in these lovely ladies.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience and appalling customer service from Elegant Stitch…read more I booked an appointment over the phone for bridesmaid dress alterations, however turned up and the shop was closed and there was nobody available to help me. Nobody then proceeded to answer the phone to me. They took over a week to respond to my later email explaining what had happened and showed absolutely no way of being able to move forward with the situation or get me booked in for another appointment. The staff (must mention Lizzy) and the owner and the other two girls made me feel so welcome and were so kind to me and my sister in law to be. They helped me find "THE" dress that i otherwise may never have found. But most of all I enjoyed the experience and that was down to all the lovely people. I am now soo excited that i have found my dress and cannot wait for it to arrive. When we rang in February to check that they had arrived, we discovered that the shop had completely failed to place the order. We were promised that an express order would be placed and the dresses would arrive in time for our wedding. This did not happen and, eight days before our wedding, we had to buy alternative dresses from the High Street. The customer service from All That Glitters is non existent and we were having to constantly chase them for updates. We had wrongly assumed that a professional retailer would be doing all it could to rectify their mistake. This was our fault for assuming that All That Glitters is a professional outfit. We were promised that we had been refunded the monies paid for our dresses a few days before our wedding. We were disappointed, but not surprised, to find that this was yet another broken promise. After much chasing, and even resorting to obtaining legal advice, All That Glitters has finally refunded our deposit. All That Glitters made what should have been a happy occasion very stressful and upsetting. I cannot stress enough how much we wished we'd never used them and would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying a dress from All That Glitters to look elsewhere.
