We recently brought our 12 year old Shih Tzu to Dr Kelly's Surgical Van to get her teeth cleaned. Our regular vet gave us a very high estimate, that felt cost prohibitive. She needed 3 extractions. She came out of the cleaning just great, and it was very affordable. They have 3 vans in the valley, and they move to different parking lot locations (they do not come to you). You can call, email and text to schedule and work out details. This was a terrific, affordable option, and I will use them and recommend them in the future. The only change I would make in the future is requesting REAL pain medication for her. They gave her Carprofen which was described as being like Ibuprofen. That was not enough pain killer for having her molar extracted. The next day I called to get Tramadol for her because she whined all night. She sleeps with us, so nobody got any sleep, but mostly we felt horrible she was in pain. Anyway, if you are getting any significant tooth extractions or other work, I don't think Carprofen is sufficient. read more

I am so grateful and pleased for the service they provided to my my dog and the extreme care they gave to him while he was in their care. I'm also so grateful for being able to afford the care for my dog due to the discount they give for low income people. If it wasn't for their huge discounted procedures I wouldn't have been able to get my dog nuetered or vaccinated. So I highly recommend Dr. Kelley's Mobile Clinic to anyone who has pets. I also recommend that anyone who would be willing to donate for a great cause please please donate to Dr. Kelley's Mobile Clinic. They do a great service for the community as well as to those who can't afford to take their animals to the vet because of high prices. They make it possible for anyone and everyone to bring their anmals to them because they discount their services greatly. Thank you Dr. Kelley's Mobile Clinic and your staff. YOU GUY'S ROCK!!! read more

While looking for dental cleaning options for my Lab, I was pleasantly surprised when I ran across Dr. Kelly's mobile vet services. Dental cleaning was advertised as $250 with $10-50/each for tooth extractions and medicine. However, when I inquired about making an appointment, I was quoted to $350-$650 for this cleaning session. That's more than what my vet, who takes xrays and doesn't randomly pull teeth, quoted me. Yes, my dog has never had a cleaning before, but we were never told to do so before. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! read more

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kelly's. They have done dental cleanings on three of my dogs with great results at very reasonable prices. A few administrative issues notwithstanding, I would highly recommend taking your beloved pets to Dr. Kelly's for treatment. read more

Took my small Morkie in on 11/24 for bladder stone surgery and they NEUTERED my dog on accident. They stated "they entered into the system wrong" no real apology about it and after they realized he was there for bladder stone surgery they but him back under anesthesia to do the bladder stone surgery. They did a real messy job , they cut my 11 pound morkie any-which way. They also still made me pay for the bladder stone surgery even after they neutered my dog on accident. Again just said sorry and took a small amount off the total amount. Fast forward to post surgery they advised me to leave the cather (spell check) in his private area for 2 weeks! after 6 days he caught an infection a terrible one. You think they called me back after I told them ? NO ! so since December 1st, I have been taking my dog to a different vet to resolve the problems this place has caused to my dog. This has been emotional for me and my dog and he has been miserable and in pain, and let us not forget his manhood was took without permission. My advice to people just spend the extra money this place does not care about your dogs. I will be suing for this malpractice now since I still have not been contacted about this tragic incident. I would post the botch job they did but I'm sure google will block the gruesome photos. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABIES DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE !!! I recently adopted my baby (Ashe the cat) from a shelter. She was 6 and came with severe dental issues. A trip to my normal vet quoted me $2700 for the required cleanings and extractions. I was stuck without the means to help my new baby get better...I felt horrible and guilty that I could not help her. Finally I decided to search for an alternative way to help her and found Dr Kelly's Mobile Surgery... complete with up front price listing, seemingly too good to be true. Naturally, I did research and found so many positive reviews. I sent a text and was set up quickly as well as given a price range that was detailed, fair and... something I could actually afford!!! Ashe had all her teeth extracted today and the customer service/ education/ updates I received were worth the $2700 my original vet was trying to charge me. As an experienced nurse, I can say that I was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was clear that the staff truly cared about animals... it wasn't just a job to them. I left my baby there feeling confident that only the price was discounted, the care certainly was not. She's now resting here with me... toothless and on her way to feeling good again. Thank you so much to Dr Kelly and her incredible staff/ services... they allowed me to give my kitty another chance at a good life. I usually live by the saying that you get what you pay for... there are always exceptions to the rule. This happens to be a good exception. read more

Dr. Kelly's mobile service was AMAZING! In our time of need for our dog, they were very helpful and accommodating. From the initial phone call to the day of our appointment, we received nothing but concern and help for our dog. The staff was incredibly nice and took the time with us. We would highly recommend their vet services. Their prices were amazing and I didn't feel I had to go into debt in order to receive good quality vet care. read more

Had 7am appointment for feline teeth cleaning. Dr was late by 15 minutes and took another 15 minutes to set up. Staff took my cat at 7:30am to start cleaning. Witnessed another small dog (off leash / no carrier ) taken in at same time. Also witnessed staff coming in and out of unit leaving door partially open / not fully closed. Was told 2-2:30 hours for procedure. Returned at 9:30 am to find feline teeth cleaning had not even began. My cat had been sitting in carrier for over two hours while doctor prioritized other surgeries scheduled after my appointment. Staff stated they were just going to start cleaning and it would be another 2-2:30 hours wait. I asked why staff hadn't called me to advise of delay so that I could reduce trauma to my cat. Blank stare....I requested return of my cat. Had to make several requests for deposit refund. So, after waiting 2 months and driving 1.5 hrs round trip for this appointment, it cost me money for no teeth cleaning, gas, time spent and trauma to my cat. FYI - I was sent text reminders begging for a review...I ignored the first and finally obliged on the second. read more

We had a very good experience with having our little girl spayed. They took such special care of her. She is a very timid shepard and they were calm with her and made us feel good about leaving her with them. They kept us appraised of everything and made it a very nice experience. read more

Had my pup neutered here. They were awesome. Quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and takes good care of the pups. The pricing is as good as it gets too! Why would you go anywhere else?! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for taking care of my boy! read more

My dog Haylie was spayed and had 12 teeth pulled at the same time. Haylie recovered quickly and I have to say Dr. Kelly's team was caring and very professional. The mobile unit was private and very sterile. I would definitely use this service again and l will cancel my Banfield pet plan. read more

Caring employees; spay turned out fine. Very affordable. Only downside is they're sometimes hard to get ahold of

I was skeptical about going with Dr. Kelly's Mobile Vet. However, after receiving a shock at the vet on how much it would cost to take out a loose molar from my Boston Terrier's mouth, I asked the folks at the dog park where I should go to get a tooth removed for a reasonable cost. They suggested Dr. Kelly Mobile Vet. I got on line and found out the phone number and the Facebook page. I called and left a message and also texted the number, asking how to make an appointment. I didn't like the faceless interaction with the folks who made appointments but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt before judging them. They texted back the next morning and provided an appointment at 730am the following day. This was in contrast to waiting for 3 or 4 weeks at the vet office. We met the Mobile Unit the following day. Melissa was in the "office" of the mobile unit and was so nice and professional, it put our skepticism to rest. She answered all our questions and told us exactly how our dog would be treated (we were concerned about her breathing under anesthesia because her nose is very short). Melissa said we would receive a phone call letting us know when to pick up our dog. We received the phone call at 1030am to pick the dog up at 1130am. We met with Melissa and met with the doctor. The doctor said that the tooth was broken and she did not find any other teeth that needed to be extracted. We received post op instructions and pain meds for our dog and took her home. i was very impressed with the whole experience. The cost was half what it would have cost at the vet office. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Kelly's Mobile Unit. I found out about them through a friend, and decided to schedule an appointment. They replied very promptly, and set up an appointment right then and there. It was a few months away, but well worth the wait. I finally got there this morning to drop off my baby, the van looked spotless on the outside, although I didn't get a view of the inside I could tell it was very well lit and seemed sanitary. The younger girl who greeted me was amazing and so sweet. It's people like her that make this experience so much more calm for the animals, and their parents. I was so worried but I had a feeling that my baby would be in good hands. And he definitely was. They took care of him so well, I will definitely be taking him and my other one here regularly for shots and any other necessities. They genuinely care about giving people the best care for an affordable price, it was truly a blessing that I found them. This company is amazing- I have already started spreading the word. read more

I had to select a star to post this, they don't deserve it!!! Well hell, after a week of struggles with my little dog and his dental extractions, I really think somehow his back was injured. And I know it wasn't injured before he went to Dr Kellys Mobile Vet!!! This is not going well. I would stay away from this mobile vet!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could prove they hurt my baby!!! Looking back on the experiance I have to say I made a serious mistake going there!!! Everything was rushed and what I thought was mouth pain turns out to be back pain which he has never had! And, how many of you have gone in and you have seen the cost for a dental was estimated at $250 dollars and walked out paying over $800? I know of two people! Big Mistake!!! read more

I'm so thankful I saw their ad pop up on Facebook. I had already scheduled my senior dog for cancer surgery and teeth cleaning with a local vet that I have been using. I was given a quote of $3200 for both services by my vet. I was very skeptical about using Dr. Kelly's but the more I read and the more conversations I had with their staff put me at ease to use them for the surgery and teeth cleaning. I was given a quote of $1800 for their services. We met them at their Tucson location. A vet tech came out to talk to us about exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take, what to expect afterwards and discussed the charges again. It couldn't have gone any smoother and my dog fully recovered because of their exceptional work. I definitely recommend them and if needed, I will use them in the future. I have already referred my friends and co-workers to them. Very professional staff and communication was amazing not to mention the money I saved! Thank you Dr. Kelly's! read more

Can't believe how affordable and convenient this is! I highly recommend them, I won't be using anyone else for my puppy needs.

We recently had our lab spayed by Dr. Kelly's clinic. The initial scheduling was very easy and convenient. They had quoted us a very specific price with the details very well specified including the cost for the weight of 61-80lbs being $110. When my wife dropped our dog off she was told there may be an obese charge even though she weighed 79lbs so within the 61-80lb requirements. When we picked her up they charged an additional amount for her being "obese" even though she was under 80lbs. They also charged extra for her being in heat even though the receipt printed says she wasn't in heat. After talking with one of the receptionists and technicians, They said that she was definitely in heat and their system messed up by putting that she wasn't. They also couldn't specify how a dog would be obese but still within their weight requirements. I have searched the entire website and there is NO specifications or disclaimers of this. They advised me that Angelica one of the managers would be calling me. She called and left a voicemail (as she called from a number with no caller ID). She said that she didn't have a call back number and would try again later that day. I have not heard anything back. Instead of continuing to worry about a phone call back I figured I would share my experience to hopefully help others in their decision. read more

I signed up right away for a appointment for the April 25th Preppy Pet Location in Tempe as "Going". at the time I signed up, it was listed 2 as "Going". I left a message 4/20, 4/22 & 4/23 stating the time I needed to get my companion dog Henri Henry in at 9:30 am. I get a call today 4/23 at 3:38 pm saying they have a 12:30 pm appt or a 10 am the earliest. I am disabled and my son was bringing my dog in for a microchip and anal glands, before going to work at 11 am on 4/25. Don't waste your time the appointment call back is a joke. Now I have to spend more money that really I don't have, since it is the end of the month, because I am on a very fixed income. Terrible Customer Service. read more
