I have never made a negative review online before but this company has infuriated me. I was clearing out my flat to become a rental property and had only two days to do so over the weekend. I live outside of London and my daughter is at school in Essex in the week. I needed a storage company to come and pick up my belongings on Saturday or Sunday afternoon. I rang Kelly's and clearly stated I could not receive a mobile storage unit on Monday as I would not be there. I booked a unit to arrive Sunday lunchtime. However, I was then texted that a unit would arrive on Monday. This was very annoying for me, as it was not what I had requested. I was under so much pressure on the weekend, I thought I could cancel on Monday morning as it was their error. I did cancel the driver on Monday. I have now been charged £54 pounds from my account without my permission and without warning. I feel very patronised and manipulated as they are telling me I booked a unit for Monday which is, to my recollection, completely untrue. I would advise not to use this company as, in my opinion, they can not be trusted with card details. read more
