They came to get the boat for the winter and made sure it was safe to take on the water every spring. They helped us during the flood at a moment's notice during Christmas since we didn't have a boat trailer to get it out of the water. We couldn't be more grateful for the quality, steadfast service we've received year after year. Many thanks!

I took my boat last year for routine service with a full tank of gas. Got it back with just enough gas to go to the station. I let that pass and didn't say anything. I had my boat picked up recently for yearly maintenance, to stick a piece of trim back on the floor area, and to check my radio that made a popping sound in the speaker (radio worked when we loaded the boat on the trailer). I called after 7 days to check the status of the service and was given a bill higher than expected. Only to find out they put a new radio in my boat (i didn't authorize - but paid for it) and was told they fixed the floor trim. Got the boat back and the trim is exactly like it was when they got it. I asked to pick up my old radio and was told to come by. Got there (2 hour drive) and the radio was nowhere to be found. Very aggravating! Sales is great but service is horrible. I will not be doing business at CGM again.
