The cocktail (Rosita) was mediocre and maybe this is an Australian thing, and if so forgive me, but it came pre-mixed. I don't expect a $26 cocktail in an empty bar to be poured out of a pre-mixed jug. And the bartender was as surly as they come. Sitting an an empty bar, he didn't even say hello. The waitress took my order, relayed it to him, and he slapped in the counter as if I was ruining his night with my presence. (I was the only one seated at the bar; only one other party was in the place at 8:30 PM on a Tuesday night). There are places in the states where you pay for that sort of distain, but I wasn't expecting it here.
