I love Kelly's crystals. It truly is such a welcoming and safe place full of good and healing vibes. So many choices of crystals, jewelry and so much more. Great customer service as well! Great place to grab a gift! Here is one of the stones i got for a kid I used to babysit along with a free stone she added!

I am in love with CP Farmhouse!…read more This place is absolutely adorable. It oozes New England charm and you feel like you are on vacation in Maine. Also it smells fantastic. We walked around and look at the pumpkin patches, furniture, candles, antiques etc but honestly? I just wanted to pull up a chair and stay all day.It is so New England in this store and the products are absolutely beautiful. This place is out of a book about New England Antique stores. If in the area, this is a must see. If you are shopping around here, forget the clothing stores and just spend some time in here. The warmth, homey feeling, delicious scent and authentic quaintness will wrap itself around you and you will not want to leave.

CP Farmhouse is such a beautiful family owned store. They sell Amish made furniture and so many…read morestunning little ornaments and decor pieces for your home. Currently everything in the store is Holiday themed. I'm sure with the seasons and holidays their inventory changes. There are plenty of items made by local artisans, such as hand poured candles, goat milk skin care, reefs and more! Don't forget to take the stairs upstairs to discover more gems and a small clearance section. Most of the items are a bit over priced. A tiny little hen ornament that's made of mostly fluff is $18. The substantial items like the tables, chairs and such are truly quality. I would stop by here again when I'm in the area, I had a lot of fun browsing through this little store.

The look and feel of this shop is warm and welcoming from the aromatic scent in the air to the visually appealing displays. I was greeted and was offered assistance should I need any then was left to explore this glorious shop. I took my time looking at every nook and cranny. There seems to be something for everyone and the price range is wide. Examples of items they carry include but not limited to: *Jewelry *Clothes *Accessories (gloves, scarves, wallets, etc.) *Handmade Soaps *Lip Balms *Candles *Chocolates *Honey *Kitchen Accessories *Wind-chimes *Ornaments *Bridal Gifts *Baby Items You get the picture! It's a great place to shop for gifts not only for others but for yourself as well. I'll be stopping by again real soon!

The shop definitely has a vibe, it's very cute and would fit in a very calm house. Everything flows…read moretogether, even completely different items and brands. It's not really a kid store, although there is a section of children's toys that would make cute gifts. It definitely leans adult who wants to add a new piece to the home or who needs to find a gift they won't see everywhere. The store shares a private rock parking lot with Brits Brand, so scones are next door! It's right by the light so I guess for Morris, it's a high traffic area. For the rest of the world very calm and peaceful! The employees were very friendly and with their dress and manners, made it feel more like you had popped into a friend's home then a store.

I absolutely love this store and have been going there for 13 years. It's the one spot in Hurley…read morethat you must not miss. It's a veritable maelstrom of goodness. The Hurley Country Store is a "general store" in every sense of the concept. They have baked goods, toys, candy, models, cutlery, towels, knickknacks, slot cars, trains (oh the trains! in every variety!), custom model airplanes hanging from the ceiling, bagels, coffee, newspapers, books, cards, local jams, jellies, maple syrup and honey...I can go on for many pages here.... I once speculated that the Hurley Country Store was a pocket dimension where, if you were clever enough, could find everything you'd ever want or need in life. The jury is still out on that one, but I'll update this review as I discover more. Glen, the proprietor, is a wonderful guy. Very helpful, happy to answer all your questions, find something obscure you've been looking for, or just shoot the breeze over coffee. Or just pet his dog. Go there now. :)

A train buddy of mine recommended this place as a good destination when taking a trip with the…read morewife. He said they had lots of trains, and other things that would appeal to the misses. He was correct on both counts. It took an hour to get here from Albany (actually, a little more because we got lost and our smart phone led us astray) and as we were arriving at lunch time we both hoped that food might have been part of their wares. Sadly, it was not. What we did find was a charming store that seemingly carried everything one could ask for if trapped in a nearby camping area. They had an eclectic selection of nature, history, cooking, an entertainment books; local candles, soaps, and jam; sewing and craft supplies; toys, puzzles, games, and other similar things; car, boat, plane, and R/C plane kits; metal soldiers and castles; chochkes and knickknacks; and they had trains. I took about 45 minutes in the store and believe I saw everything. They didn't excel in one area but had a nice selection of a little bit of everything. Their hardware section was extremely small, and I overheard someone asking for twine which they didn't have (and I thought that was odd). I was hoping to find some old fashioned candy but their sweets selection was limited. I purchased a small soap for my mother but otherwise didn't buy anything except a pastry made nearby at a bakery. But, I came for the trains and they had lots of them. Someone looking for a train set would find a good selection in various scales (N, HO, O, and G) here. Their prices were decent and considering that they were located in the middle of nowhere I think more than fair. Their selection included lots of new, modern trains (meaning, made recently) which surprised me, as well as some old, used trains. They had books, magazines, hats, whistles, and some VHS tapes that likely will be there for eternity. They had a couple of display layouts that hadn't been operated in a while, including one in Z scale which I thought was neat. Sadly, I couldn't find anything I needed. I hate going to a train store, especially one where the proprietor is actually trying to run a nice store, and not buying anything. They had some things that interested me but their prices weren't what I wanted to pay. They had some great prices on things but I didn't need or want them. So, I bought a pastry and left without a train purchase, actually feeling disappointed. It is a cute store. It won't replace the local, well stocked train stores near me but it was a fun destination place. For anyone camping nearby that needed something to keep themselves busy I can imagine this would be a little bit of paradise.
