The espresso was burnt, hardly any ice and we had asked for extra cream and caramel drizzle which we got very little to none. When the lady brought them out we asked nicely if they had cream because they looked so dark and watery which she said " the caramel is at the bottom and they're mostly espresso and cream" Super disappointing when spending 15 plus dollars for 2 coffees... that we just get to throw away.

I love Nell's. I…read moreeven tell people about Nell's when I'm working in Utah or when I meet people who are also from out of town in rock springs haha. The gals that work there are always so bright and cheery and so sweet. I like a sweet coffee and they have this banana cold foam that has a grip on me, I get it every time. 99.5% of the time I get hot drinks because thats what I prefer but that banana cold foam has me getting blended drinks just so I can enjoy it. I haven't been to the other locations but this one has my heart. I love their sweet rolls but I REALLY love sweets. If you're not huge into sweets then you'll want to ask for less icing or icing on the side because it is piled on there- which *i* love but my friends who aren't as into sweets find a little overwhelming. Occasionally they have made a few mistakes on our order because it's a car full of people who all have substitutions and add ins but it hasn't made us not want to go because the coffee and service are good. This is my go to spot for coffee during the week. This current location is closed on Sundays when I usually leave town which is sad but has let me explore other local chains. They have a loyalty program which is great because my friends and I come here every day we are in town haha. I always look forward to my first mocha of the week at Nell's though!

The owner has no customer service skills in any way. I watched show little interest in explaining…read morethe complicated menu to a customer. When the customer stated to make a (non-violent) scene in response to her rudeness, instead of calling and waiting for the police she pulled a gun on the customer. The owner then came out of the back and put her hands on the customer. I requested a refund. 10 days later still was not refunded. I called and the owner said "your the one who ran out" and claims that my transaction is not there. Avoid this place and the owners terrible attitude, and the fact she is unable to make things right and treat customers with respect is a sign she should not be a business owner.
