Great Stop at Love's Travel Stop - Green River, WY…read more We had a great experience stopping at the Love's in Green River. It's clean, well maintained, and easy to access with our Class A motorhome and flat-tow Jeep. The layout provides plenty of room to maneuver, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A convenient and RV-friendly stop -- perfect for fueling up, grabbing a snack, or taking a quick break on the road!

I absofreakinlutely wouldn't recommend this place--in my humble, personal opinion, especially if…read moreyou're Black. The service was subpar, stoic, and distant, while I watched the same crew greet everyone else with a warm smile. It is what it is, but at 49, you recognize the energy immediately. I stopped in to use the restroom, grab a coffee, and sort out my trailer's propane tanks (after dealing with a seller in Puyallup, WA who deliberately hid that the tanks and tires were expired and the brake lines were cut). -Here's how the visit actually broke down: Restroom: Very clean! 5/5 -Coffee: It was okay. 2.5/5 -Initial Inquiry: Asked about tank checks and was told to wait by my truck for a tech. 3/5 -Follow-Through: Stood freezing in the cold for 10 minutes with no tech ever showing up. 1/5 -1st Exchange Tank: Hooked the Blue Rhino tank to my generator; the gauge immediately read yellow/low. 0.5/5 -2nd Exchange Tank: Showed the clerk a photo, got a replacement, hauled it back, hooked it up--low again. (I have Multiple Sclerosis, and lugging heavy tanks back and forth repeatedly in the cold is redundant, painful, and completely unnecessary.) 0/5 On my third trip back inside, I lugged both the tank and the gauge so they couldn't debate it. -Only then did they finally call a tech, who took it to the main reservoir and filled it, confirming the vendor tanks were shorted. 3's You'd think a business selling fuel would have a basic meter or standard to confirm their stock is actually full before handing it to a customer. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and treated like a nuisance for pointing out their faulty inventory. Staff is complacent and cold. I won't be back. They can say that's not the case, but they weren't the ones who were made feel that way. I've been to other love's locations, up until now I've always felt welcomed.

Writer's Note: Any inference that alcohol was brought back to the state of Utah is "alleged" and…read morecannot be construed as "bootlegging." In no way did I bring a few cases of beer and wine across the border. So, here's an awesome place to buy your adult beverages. Those of us in Utah are used to paying extremely high prices for liquid sin and Liquor Depot takes a huge chunk out of that receipt total. Alcohol taxes are only 6% in Wyoming whereas in Utah I think it runs about 30. Plus a kidney. And a note from your mom. A great selection of spirits in this little shop and a beer cooler that you can land a plane in (okay, maybe one of those small drone thingies.) All of your favorites that are purchased warm in Zion are chilled to perfection here which makes it nice if, heaven forbid, you don't want to wait several hours to drink your bottle of suds. Here's the really crazy cool thing. You can buy adult slushy drinks here. Yup, just like laying under the Frostee machine but with a little booze in it. You have to put the straw in but everything else is already mixed in the Go-Cup. Oh, and there is a drive thru. Too lazy to come in and look around? Fine, they'll sell it out a window. Even for the slushy drinks. The help here was fantastic and gave great recommendations on wine. They also were happy to look up some harder to find items to see if it was available to be ordered.
