I have been a customer for over 15 years, I stop going for a year around 2005 after Dennys help…read morewas mad about getting a seat belt ticket and stated how stupid all police officers are and that he is living in a "police state". I returned and kept away from talking politics with him and tried to focus conversations on hunting and fishing This time Dennys help was openly racist not prejudice and also added he hated gays and that he believed in his first amendment right to say so. I agree he has the right to say what he wants and I don't have a problem with that but became more upset when I would not agree with his racist statements or agree that Trump was the best politician ever. I am a customer there I don't need to be attacked. I am open to others point of views and believes but not hate. I still like Denny but I will take my business elsewhere.

The one barber pointed to the sign on the door, which clearly said appointment only. I looked at the three barbers reading their papers and said very well and did an about face and walked out. I got to thinking, how dumb where they, I am a retired marine with a military hair cut that takes about 10 min to cut, and they turned me away, now I could see if they were busy but they were obviously not. Lost opportunity for them to gain a customer. Needless to say every time I speak to someone about my barber or where I go, I end up telling the story. The old saying, do something right for a customer they will tell 5 people, do something wrong they will tell 5000!! Food for thought.

My nephew went here for a haircut and tried to clearly explain and show the barber what he wanted…read more The response he got was essentially, "I know what all you kids want these days," and his input was ignored entirely. No consideration was given to his widow's peaks, which already make his hair more challenging to work with. The end result speaks for itself (photos attached). The cut is uneven, not blended properly, and does not suit his face at all. On top of that, whatever product was put in his hair looked like super glue. My sister had to wash his hair three times when they got home just to get it out. The most heartbreaking part is that my nephew--who is a teenager and already dealing with enough--cried for hours afterward, saying his life was ruined because of how bad the haircut was. Teenagers are vulnerable, and this experience made it far worse. I understand not everyone will love every haircut, but this goes beyond preference. This was careless, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Paying nearly $30 for a haircut that looks this bad is unacceptable. After seeing how the owner responds to other reviews, I'm honestly not surprised. The responses are defensive, unprofessional, and blame the customer instead of taking accountability. We are not looking for an apology--we've already seen how those are handled here. We will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to read the reviews and look at the photos before choosing this sh

Zach and Kyle take their time and make sure to give clean and precise hair cuts and beard cuts, with straight razor line-up and neck shaves. There is no rushing people through to cut as many cuts as they can, they maintain integrity to a job well done. They spend their time to do the job right, which may mean turning away customers the last hour of business. Unless you show up at least an hour before closing time, do not bring shocked if you are turned away if customers are waiting in the seats, and waiting an hour for your turn in the chair is not unusual if there is a queue, so get there more than an hour before closing and when you have some time. But well worth it. As far as I am aware, there is no reservations, just first-in/first-served. My only complaint is the hours, a working man may find it difficult to make it there.
