Kelly Williams is a perfect one stop shop for all you insurance needs. If you think you only need one kind of insurance, don't be surprised if they find you a better deal by bundling. They are a fourth generation family business which means something in this day and age. They are also an independent agency which means they don't have "corporate" suits looking over their shoulder. Take the time to give them a call. You won't be sorry! read more

Kelly and his team are my go to insurance broker going forward. I was going to just use them for home insurance...but bundling my car and auto with them was a no brainer after they took the time to shop all the carriers they have access to which gave me better premiums and better coverage. Using an insurance broker was a much better fit than going to straight to the big name insurance companies, more cost effective and way better customer service. read more

Kelly Williams and his team are excellent at what they do. They take the time to search all options to meet your insurance needs. As someone who works in multi family real estate, the insurance market has been crazy. Kelly and his team has helped me and several other clients navigate new regulations, insurance carriers leaving, and changes in policies. If you are dealing with uncertainties regarding your insurance, I recommend going to Kelly. read more

Between our home and auto policies, a few different businesses and some commercial properties, we have numerous policies with Kelly Williams Insurance. We have been working with Kelly and his team for over five years now and have slowly phased out other insurance brokers because KWI makes it so convenient for us. Each interaction is honest, courteous and professional. I truly cannot say enough good things! read more

This place has been in business for over 100 years (in Long Beach) I recently bought a car and needed insurance, I did the esurance quote online and just as I was expecting Mercury Insurance came up as the cheapest. I got a call from Mary and we went from there...She emailed me the quotes a few different ways so I can see which option would work best for me. Mary was so sweet and helpful, I wasn't able to make it to the office during normal business hours and she was gracious enough to come in on a Saturday morning to write up my insurance. That is awesome customer service!!! When we got to her office, she again explained everything she put in front of me and answered all of our questions, she tried to get us every discount she possibly could. Mary noticed me admiring the old photos of Long Beach in the office and once we were done w the Insurance she walked me through the office to look at the other photo's. The customer service she provided was above and beyond, it is very rare these days! I would recommend Kelly Williams Insurance to anyone! Thank you so much Mary! read more

Tamar Walta is the go-to gal for anything regarding insurance. If you want a genuine, honest rep from Kelly Williams, ask for her. I have never met a kinder person, capable of clearly explaining anything regarding insurance and settling my concerns. Her professional and highly considerate character is what keeps coming back to her. A couple of my neighbors looking for commercial insurance were also taken care of by her services. read more

I am incredibly pleased. I switched to them from another broker. I have very complex policies and they reviewed them all, made excellent suggestions, and saved me money. I also switched my sisters and sons polices to them. Deanna was especially pleasant, easy to work with, understood my requirements, and kept me posted daily. Through the years, I have worked with many insurance firms, and I would highly recommend them. It was a pleasure working with the, especially a well established, local business read more

i have been doing business with this guys just about 2 years,so recently they raised my rates and i wanted to make few changes on my policy,i spoke with sue,She literally told me,how horrible driver i am,just because i have few things on my record it doesnt make me horrible driver, plus you can not make that decision. You pretty much ruined my day, very nice of you. Hopefully one day one horrible teenage driver runs you over and you see who is horrible driver. I do NOT recommend this Agent, she treated me like sh.t. I thought the cost of my auto insurance was too high, so I looked on Yelp to find a broker that might be able to help me get good coverage for a better price. I spoke to Kathy at Kelly Williams. She was kind, professional, and very helpful. In just a few minutes, she compared prices at 5 or 6 companies. It turns out that she could not get me a better rate, but she provided such outstanding customer service that if I ever decide to change insurance companies, I will call Kelly Williams first. read more

We moved here from Mass. seven months ago. My husband used to be in the insurance business he was an adjuster. He likes an agency where you actually have a person you meet and know. He feels you get better service that way and he is correct. Our rep at Kelly Williams is Tamara Walta. She has been amazing right from the start. Getting us set up with the correct coverage for our house and car. Always available to answer any questions no matter how small or silly, and twice since we have been insured with them we have claims and needed her advice. Tamara help made us not only make the right decisions but made us feel so safe and cared about. Thank you Tamara and thank you Kelly Williams. Sincerely Mark and Monya Kramer Long Beach CA read more

I try to do everything possible to purchase from locally owned business enterprises, but when it came to our Business Insurance I never knew that a local Insurance Broker has access to larger insurance carriers. It is hard to know why, but we learned that starting the bidding process at least 3 months in advance allows new brokers to obtain lower prices from the insurance carriers. Kelly Williams does all the work, we just sit back and see the savings. Every dollar we do not spend on insurance, goes to our bottom line. read more

Insurance is one of those things that I can never seem to get right. I Recently got a used car, after getting a few ridiculous quotes I came across these guys. Glad I waited and shopped around. They didn't try to nickel n dime me by adding more n more to my policy. They were straight forward and gave me the best rate I can find and were actually nice. I like when I feel like more than just a payment. Thanks guys! Really appreciate the no nonsense approach. read more

Tamar Walta is THE BEST! She has been my insurance agent for my car, home (regular homeowners insurance, flood insurance and earthquake insurance). Purchasing all these different kinds of insurance gave rise to quite a few questions and every time Tamar either instantly had the answer or got back to me within a day. She goes over and above in helping me. Recently my bank (credit union) merged with another credit union and I needed to get a copy of my car insurance to the new credit union since they were the new lien owner of my car. She contacted my car insurance company and I got the updated policy in less than a week. I could go on and on about the terrific service she consistently provides but I'm running out of time :-) Lastly, she has a wonderful personality that makes her a real pleasure to work with. If she ever left Kelly Williams for another insurance agency, I'd be sure to follow her! read more

I have been shopping around for new insurance. My old insurance was just not up to par anymore. The reason I gave this place a shot is the fact that they have been in business for over 100 years. This tells me right off the bat that the people at this company have integrity. I appreciated that when I called the staff was very accessible and any questions I had were answered promptly. It must be a smaller company because they had very good communication and were very knowledgeable. They even offered me lower rates than AAA! They have made a great impression on me and who doesn't like to save money?! I'm still looking around the market but as of now this place is at the top of my list. The point is when you go with an insurance company you want to feel comfortable and confident that they will get the job done and be there for you in your time of need. You want a good relationship with them. I'm looking forward to giving them my business and feeling covered/protected. read more

I bought a new car a few weeks ago and my insurance company wanted to raise my monthly payments so I started shopping around. I heard about these guys from a friend and decided to give them a call. Kelly Williams is my insurance agent for my multiple policies from 2007. I am writing this review in 2019 after 12 years of my first insurance with them. In the past 12 years, I have researched several times for better rate or coverage with other agents. No one was close to Kelly Williams. In the past 12 years I have visited this office only 2 times. Everything was on Phone and Emails, saved my time significantly. Everyone at this office must be awesome, but I have been only in contact with Tamar Walta. She is so nice that I can ask 100 questions in one call. I am not an easy person when money is involved. I asked her to calculate my insurance at least in 5 different configurations almost in every yearly re-calibration. Tamar amazed me with her work. I should be lucky to get this person as my agent. They never forced me to accept something. (5) I was not that happy during an accident claim 10 years ago. (6) I do not get reminders when my premium is overdue but I do get greetings on my birthday!. I am a happy customer. I recommend this business. read more
