The content and materials were being customized by me right up to the day before I flew out. Rob Caldwell and his team worked patiently and flexibly with us, making changes and updates as required, had a proof binder at my hotel the night I arrived, got the whole job done perfectly the next day, and delivered that afternoon to the client for the event the following morning. They looked great, and were as specified. The materials got two thumbs up at the event. I visited the TPH shop, right by the client and my hotel, and was impressed with its neatness and organization, and the way the work seemed be flowing in the hands of people who knew and took pride in their craft. Thanks Rob for a very professional product and process. I felt totally confident from my first phone call that this printing house knew what they were doing and would deliver as promised.

As we are event organizers for Vancouver, her knowledge of the local scene was invaluable. She event organized the printing of our promotional material at an amazing rate with a local printer, which saved us time and shipping costs. Indescribably awful. We have been struggling for five weeks to get Bell to install Bell Fibe…read moreinternet, TV and home phone. We have spent dozens of hours on the phone to tech support, "Loyalty" (Bell's Orwellian name for billing and customer service), "Escalation Team":, "Escalation Team Manager" and "Internal Services". Bell agents have accused each other of lying; they have said they ordered items for us that in fact were not ordered. Bell has delivered faulty equipment that had to be sent back. They failed to set up the account properly, which led to an Armageddon-like battle between "Loyalty" and "Tech Support", with "Escalation sometimes aligning with one then with the other... Even the "Win Back" team had to weigh in! Frustrating and infuriating do not begin to describe my emotional reaction. Bell has wasted hours of our time and three full weekends. The music that they play on hold should be used by the CIA for its "enhanced interrogation" techniques. Shame on Bell. Shame on you. Problem is, Bell has no shame. Lauchlan Munro, Ottawa

They do a whole bunch of printing and design work here, and they've always got several jobs being done while I'm there like flyers and posters and they do speciality photo printing as well. I've done some photo printing here as well and it's always turned out super well! Their prices are fair, and the staff know what's going on - they offered me some tips and checked to be sure I was satisfied with the final versions. I saw some graphic design work being done also, so it's nice that you can get everything done in one spot. Tip: it's easy to drive by the place. It's in a strip mall just off Hazeldean and past the Shoppers.

I worked with the creative team at Cyan to redesign a corporate website, for a non-profit agency and the experience was efficient, easy and inspiring. Their downtown office is the place any creative mind would want to work. Located off of Somerset in an old fire hall, the office is full of the character and the charm of the old building is still evident. When you walk into their office - you're welcomed by a team of professional, kind individuals eager to help you on your project. You're given a tour of their super hip office, offered coffee, tea or water and given a bunch of great promo materials. The turnaround time for the project was very fast and the creative team captured exactly what we were looking for in a redesign. The account manager was uber-organized and kept the project on track. The price was fair and included lots of one-on-one technical training, weekly meetings and a very organized timeline. Cyan's team of marketing pros, web design geniuses and graphic design visionaries are a pleasure to work with and produce great results. Check them out if you're looking for a new way to showcase your business.
