Kindly enough, he personally called me to let me know he was leaving, but not to worry because, he already referred me to another Representative, Melody Willians. She is kind, professional yet, compassionate and was sympathetic to my immediate need of employment. Her dedication overwhelmed my excitement of receiving a job quickly. Melody never gave up and communicated with me always. Where there is no guarantee for employment, Melody kept her word and found me a temporary position, within one week. Its is now up to me to prove myself in my dedication, and hard work. I am so so grateful for this agency, these people who are dedicated and care about others in helping one start their future. Thank you Robert Half, Accountemp, more importantly, Melody Willians!

I submitted an application and immediately received a call from Aron to schedule an interview. I…read morewas genuinely excited. However, when I arrived, his energy was completely different--none of the friendliness he showed on the phone was there. I provided all the required documents and my reference contacts, completed the process, and left. About an hour later, Aron called saying he 'did not upload' my ID and Social Security card. That was strange because I had definitely handed them to him. Even though I was already across town, I agreed to return. On my way home afterward, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Then I received another call from him--this time reminding me to send my reference information. I texted back, letting him know I had already provided all of that during the appointment. At that point, I started losing confidence. These are basic steps in his role, and the repeated mistakes were concerning. Since then, I haven't heard from him at all. It's been over a month. Every time I reach out, I'm told to 'call next week,' but nothing ever moves forward. I'm not sure why he was so warm and encouraging on the phone--telling me I had very transferable skills--yet acted completely different in person. At this point, I've lost confidence that he's actually trying to place me anywhere. It feels like I was sent back and forth across town for no reason. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing."**

If you're serious about finding that staffing agency to take you to that next level in your career,…read moreit's worth reading all of this post. To say that STS is a First-Class Staffing Company is a gross understatement. They are a true rarity and by far the most respectful, intelligent, and passionate staffing agency I've ever encountered. You receive fully individualized treatment and gain instant allies in your often daunting search for the right job. My contacts at STS were Paul and Cindy. They supported and guided me through the hiring process from beginning to end. I truly felt like I had a small army fighting for me. They have an incredibly sharp grasp of industry dynamics and a keen eye for candidate potential. They displayed true professionalism, sagacity and deft interpersonal skills. They work with sincerity and major integrity. They were -fully- accessible. Our communication was top notch- they followed up with me through phone calls, emails, and text messages. It's not surprising that their approach works, and because of them I was hired at a multinational corporation with no glass ceilings. Believe me, you won't find this kind of treatment at 99% of staffers out there. STS is not the kind of company that abandons you in the middle of your job search, nor will they vanish and begin to forward you straight to voicemail (We've all been there). These reps love their jobs and it shows. Major Thanks to Paul and Cindy for their hard work and transparency. My experience was both positive and successful. This company truly sets the standard.

I'm sad to say I was turned off by Ashley's presentation. Though her intentions were nice, she was literally bouncing from side to side while standing too close. I could smell her breath. Also, when a job services representative offered herself to meet with me there and then to save me a trip, Ashley forcefully insisted the rep go to lunch and insisted I make an appointment, which I will not be able to come to. This young lady is unfit to be in a position of leadership. Seniority does not always serve as a marker of accomplishment and she is proof of such.
