I am so glad I found My Next Career path (MNCP)!…read more I have been proactively seeking employment for 6 months and decided to reach out to the MNCP staffing agency, as I saw they had great reviews. I am so pleased I did. They are professional, friendly, and tremendously helpful. What an amazing team, from Jennifer at the front desk reception to SUPER Sr. Recruiter Jill, everyone has been so engaging and responsive. I was contacted right away after my initial meeting and shortly thereafter had another meeting with Jill to discuss a potential job opportunity. All through the process, Jillian has been so communicative with updates and what is currently available in the job market for their agency. I appreciate her positivity and encouragement. Thank you Jill =) I encourage anyone to contact them if seeking employment, you will be in good hands. Good luck and All the Best!I

My Experience with Brewer Global…read more Brewer Global is a small staffing agency that, like many others, claims to "do things differently." In reality, their operations feel very similar to dozens of other agencies--quick job placements, but little job security, weekly pay, and no benefits. I was first placed at COURT, a furniture rental company, and later at Interblock, a small gaming equipment manufacturer. My role at Interblock was unclear from the start. The pay was $17 an hour, which is slightly better than average for staffing agencies, but that's where the positives ended. On my first day, I received no training, wasn't introduced to a supervisor or lead, and wasn't given any proper tools or PPE--not even gloves. We were restoring old gaming cabinets with high-voltage capacitors without insulated gloves, and installing heavy monitors on worn hydraulic arms without hard hats. There was no visible safety personnel on-site, and no health benefits, which made the $17 rate feel far less worthwhile given the risks involved. About two weeks in, I was let go due to attendance issues--my fault, as I relied on public transit for a 4:30 AM shift. Though I considered using rideshare services, the cost was too high for a daily commute. The company didn't offer any support or flexibility. Instead, I was met with hostility, particularly from an employee named Evelyn, who told me, "You should be grateful to us. What better job can you get?" Her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary, and she could definitely improve her people skills. On the other hand, a staff member named Scott was consistently professional, polite, and communicative. He handled everything with respect, and his approach was a refreshing contrast. Bottom line: It's not worth working for Brewer Global--or, honestly, most staffing agencies--unless you're in a desperate situation. They fill seats quickly, but provide no stability, little respect, and few protections. You're just a temporary body to them, not an employee with long-term value.

Eddie, this is for you…read more First and foremost, I want to make sure I leave behind the name of the Nevada Unemployment representative who helped me when I called. This message is also for anyone currently navigating adjudication, an appeal, or any stage of the claims process and looking for guidance. Eddie, I would not be a man of my word if I did not leave the review I said I would, so thank you for your help. If you are waiting on the next step and it feels lengthy, whether it has been a short time or a long time, my advice is to keep calling. I called multiple times a day, in the morning, before noon, and again before closing, often hearing the same answers from respectful and professional representatives. The difference was not politeness or effort, it was reaching the right person at the right time. Eddie stayed on the line, ensured my documentation was submitted directly for review, and my approval came the same day. It is not only about waiting your turn. It is about continuing to advocate for yourself. Keep calling, ask your questions, and do not assume nothing can be done. The right representative can make the difference. God bless.

I'm sad to say I was turned off by Ashley's presentation. Though her intentions were nice, she was literally bouncing from side to side while standing too close. I could smell her breath. Also, when a job services representative offered herself to meet with me there and then to save me a trip, Ashley forcefully insisted the rep go to lunch and insisted I make an appointment, which I will not be able to come to. This young lady is unfit to be in a position of leadership. Seniority does not always serve as a marker of accomplishment and she is proof of such. I'm embarrassed to post this but do not wish for others to suffer the same. Try to avoid Ashley.
