It was my first procedure done at Firewheel Modern Dentistry in Garland and it was the best experience. Yesterday, I saw a dentist to ensure it was a root canal I needed and take x-rays since I hadn't ever been to this office. From the front desk, to the assistant, to the dentist, everyone was amazing. I felt at ease and asked all the questions I needed and wanted to ask. Today, the endodontist (new word I learned and am loving using) was absolutely incredible...kind and knowledgeable. Her assistant was amazing too. So many wonderful employees. I called the office on Tuesday after I was seen in Sulphur Springs at my normal dentist and Lauren was wonderful (obvi she is, she's a Lauren ). She talked me through payment options and gave me a quote which is exactly what my total came to today!
