I stopped by Kelley's Deli--part deli, part convenience store with a handful of seats--and found it refreshingly unpretentious. The space is clean, with "indoor seating available, clean restrooms" which makes it a pleasant spot for a quick meal. It's modest, but well-kept and welcoming.
The menu covers a wide range of diner-style comfort foods--breakfast burritos, stacked burgers, quesadillas, basket meals, and a dozen sides. Prices hover in the $5-$13 range, making it a budget-friendly option . On my visit, the breakfast burrito and fries were satisfying--well-prepped, generous, and hit the spot.
While it may not be a destination restaurant, diners agree it's a hidden gem in town. read more
