Having a very tight space in the laundry room, I realized I needed an experienced appliance installer. Christopher and his partner, Berris, came to the rescue. Christopher answered my request quickly. Within days both showed up (on time) at my place. Installation went smoothly. Both Berris and Christopher were very professional and knew exactly how to solve my problem. Best part, once installation was completed and tested they left without getting paid. I had no cash and no access to internet, yet Christopher made no issues about it. He trusted I would pay him later that day when I could get back online. And I did. It is rare -these days- to find reliable people who know their line of business and that are completely trustworthy.

These appliances are about 8 years old, so should I replace them or invest in repairs and hope they last several more years? 3 months in, and so far all is well. However, the cost was enough to convince me to buy a home appliance protection plan. $45.00 per month, and a $100 service call, cover everything I need, compared to $800 to repair both appliances.

Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad! You've earned a customer for life, and I'll absolutely be recommending you and your company to my friends and family.

I would give him a 5 star review personally. Today I requested another service for the same issue. I asked if they could come today I received some text messages back and forth. I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know. If I have to fix the same issue twice I will be reporting back. Also the fact that they were just here Nov 26 it's March 4th I feel like a return service should be a priority.

It didn't start off well. We went through Google and started driving around to various shops around Broward County from West to East. After a half a dozen tries only finding a bunch of closed shops, we stumbled upon Florida Welding located in Plantation, and I'm glad we did. We had a small but unique project my son needed for work. He is a Polynesian fire dancer and needed to create a new torch for his show's intro. We met the owner at Florida Welding, and he made my son and I feel right at home immediately. We could tell the pride he takes in his shop when he showed us around. They do everything you could dream up with metal. We saw handrails, fencing, truck accessories, and even an awesome grill and smoker. We also learned some new things about the metal fabrication business too. The owner not only took the time to understand our needs, but also helped improve upon our design saving us valuable time and money. He told his crew what we were looking to do, and without hesitation they stopped everything to help us. I was surprised. We expected to wait a week or two, but they got working on it right away. His crew went the extra mile putting it together so quickly and much better than we hoped for. Within a half hour they completed it and at a fraction of cost and aggravation of us trying to do it ourselves. I would totally recommend them. Don't drive around aimlessly like we did; you should check these professionals out first. They'll treat your job like it's for family. From all the work we saw around the shop, even two guys like us that didn't know much about this stuff can tell they are amazing at welding and metal fabrication. And now they can add Polynesian fire torches to their amazing skillset. Thanks guys!!
