I spoke with a women over the phone, told her what I was interested in, couples therapy. I was nervous to inquire because it can be difficult admitting your family needs therapy. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and she said she would send me an email but never did. This same afternoon I receive a notification from Facebook stating "GINA ROBINSON" is requesting to message you" I open the message and it states "Do not contact us anymore" I was taken back not realizing who it was. I looked at her profile, scrolled down some and gee I find out it's the OWNER of this practice. WOW imagine my surprise and hurt. She took my information, looked me up on facebook, prejudged me based on whatever information she found on my profile and then messaged me this rude message. She did more harm to me and my mental health just from a simple inquiry, I can't imagine how bad her actual clinical work is. Her excuse was "people contact us with ill intent" WHAT??!
