From May until today he has promised a service that was paid for that was never accomplished. We needed a process server to serve papers in a divorce. Bob was hired in May but did not serve the papers until the last week of September and even then the server did not serve the correct person so the judge wouldn't accept that attempt. For the last 7 weeks he has given excuse after excuse as to why he hadn't served the papers again. Since things seemed a bit fishy I decided to call him myself to see what was causing the delay. Originally October 31st Bob told me he would fix everything free of charge since his server botched everything and to call back Monday so he could fix things after speaking with his employee who originally served the paperwork. Monday came around and not only did he claim he never said that he would serve the paperwork again he hung up after I stated I could play the call back for him since my phone automatically records every single call I have. He then calls our lawyer and says I was screaming and yelling at him so he was no longer going to do the job he was paid to do. If I didn't record all of my calls he could have gotten away with all of his lies. He back peddled so many times I'm not sure if he knew what he promised or not. I have never been treated so poorly for a service that I've paid for and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. There is better service out there for the same rate with better service. I truly wish I could upload the call here as he was that horrible even though I remained calm.

You showed me it was not hopeless that I still had a chance at life. I was facing 17 years @ 25 years old. My addiction started earlier than 2014. However, that was the year it started going downhill. I have never been to rehab only a 120. On probation until I violated. The judge had said "Don't come back into my court room I have no problem sending you away". Here I was, a year and half later back addicted to drugs and living a life I wasn't proud of. My mom found Karie. That was the best thing that could have happened for me. Karie said "Believe in me like I believe in you and we both will be successful". When I first met Karie I was already waiting on my warrant to drop for probation violation. I'm not sure how she did it but, she convinced me to turn myself in. Here's where the believing comes in. She would call, text my family, make multiple trips back and forth. For me, someone she didn't know, "an addict". I'm clean and I can't thank her enough for me being this way. She has awesome resources, a big supporter of change, and the drug court program. She will fight like you are one of her family members. Day, night, and even when she's on vacation she's always there. She works magic. I have been told by several authority figures, "You have one great lawyer I don't know how she did it". I know how she does it she is honest, affordable, and believes in second, even third chances. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Karie.
