I paid $3000 security deposit that I wrote the check to her business, but rent was always paid to her personal Venmo account. When it came time to get the security deposit I got months of excuses and then 7 months later the deduction list. I never got the security deposit back that I was owed. She knew from the beginning she was being deceitful and never planned paying what she knew she owed. I filed a claim suit against her to retrieve what is owed to me and waiting on the court date. Just want to prevent anyone from losing their money renting off of her. Also she uses her husband as a handyman to fix things but you wait weeks to months before he shows up to fix anything after you tell her what needs to be done. You tell her he did not show up and she acts clueless like he was there. A lot of my issues did not get fixed until the end of my lease because she had to get it rented again. If you value integrity you will not get it from her!
