Can't say enough great things about Realtor Chris Owen - to say he goes above and beyond for his…read morecustomers is an understatement. He knows everything about anything you need to know - he sold our home in only three weeks plus he spends as many hours as you need to find what you love while his calm demeanor keeps you sane. Best of all (for me) he answers every text or phone call within a few hours of leaving him a message. You end up feeling like his only client while he juggles a million details for you and many others while never making a mistake! When we were late on our deadline to move out of old house (because no matter how hard you plan or how many people are helping you move, there's always more stuff you've left behind!), one call to Chris and he came over and personally packed and hauled our leftover belongings to our new home! I've worked with many Realtors, but no one compares to Chris Owen.

They have a great network of trusted builders and plumbers etc. and they shared their knowledge with us every step of the way. It was such a pleasure having this dynamic duo on our side! They really ARE real estate superheroes in our eyes! THANK YOU Victoria and Chris. I would not hesitate to recommend Victoria and Chris to a close friend or family member. Our experience could not have been better.

You comply with the…read morewhole lease and even do a walk through at the end to ensure all is good and by Georgia Law they have 30 days to send the deduction form and security deposit. I paid $3000 security deposit that I wrote the check to her business, but rent was always paid to her personal Venmo account. When it came time to get the security deposit I got months of excuses and then 7 months later the deduction list. I never got the security deposit back that I was owed. She knew from the beginning she was being deceitful and never planned paying what she knew she owed. I filed a claim suit against her to retrieve what is owed to me and waiting on the court date. Just want to prevent anyone from losing their money renting off of her. Also she uses her husband as a handyman to fix things but you wait weeks to months before he shows up to fix anything after you tell her what needs to be done. You tell her he did not show up and she acts clueless like he was there. A lot of my issues did not get fixed until the end of my lease because she had to get it rented again. If you value integrity you will not get it from her!

Our experience started with hiring Kali after an unsuccessful attempt to sell with another agency. Kali was like sunshine on a cloudy day - she came to us with fresh ideas, she hired a professional stager and interior designer to walk thru the home and point out everything that needed to be changed to attract potential buyers. (We knew Kali was good because our neighbor's house was sold in less than eight day's under Kali's watch. After one month of intense remodeling and Kali's constant feedback - the house went on the market, it lasted one day. The family that came to the open house bought it, and as Kali said - "the power of open houses". Words don't describe the appreciation we have for Kali; her motivation inspires enthusiasm that is contagious. Kali demonstrates an exceptional mastery of personal and professional skills that guided us throughout this process. She was very effective in formulating a pricing strategy that enabled us to recoup our investment. Kali was an enormous help when it came to dealing with anxiety and stress, her positive approach to every obstacle really allowed us to cope. Although the sale of a house can be extremely stressful, our experience with Kali was worth every moment because we seemed to have a bond, we worked for the same goal; and now we have a dear friend for life. Thank you Kali, Chris & Angela
