The next morning when we got up, we were horrified to discover a SCORPION in the bedroom. We E-mailed and sent a message thru the VRBO site but have not heard from the management company at all. It obvious that these folks are exclusively concerned with renting the property and absolutely nothing else. We are coming back to the area in another month but we will NOT be dealing with these folks again

He projects negativity, is defensive, and has ZERO customer service skills. This jerko made getting a remote for the gate into a huge production. Colonial Property Management is the perfect example of all that's wrong in our town.

I have so much to say about this place. But first things I shall state is DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!…read moreSecond of all they are roach infested and you're kept up all night by the drug dealers on the end and fire trucks every night. Every minute and every second. There's black mold....place is really ran down and they charge too much for their hotel rooms. They are just now installing sinks for everyone, these people had to wash dishes in their bathroom sinks for years. You pay rent you will still get served eviction papers if they don't like you! They will steal your money so keep record of every money order you send them. For example....Dianne Slater isn't a very friendly person at all. Me, my husband, and daughter was put out through ERA not the COURTS February 24th. We have no car as it broke down. We have no where to go but that will change soon! We are also hiring an attorney as we weren't in the wrong and we were forced out of our home. She didn't wish to accept our payment for rent. She just wanted us out so we left. But the place is an absolute dump. If you like living in run down places then this is the place for you. But for the ones that value a beautiful home. Don't go here. It's not a HOME for one. And two, they will find a way to make it super hard on you if they dislike you in any way to get you out. I'm not slandering a business but these people turned my family's life upside down and inside out. I've never in my life been done so wrong. We have every conversation recorded. We have every receipt of every dollar they've gotten. And 3 different eviction notices one through courts....the rest through them. I just want to make others aware of the troubles and hassles this place has put my little family through and maybe save someone for making an irrational decision. Ms Slater is not a very pleasant person to do business with!
