My wife and her sister were shown many homes and they agreed on a beautiful Iris in Sun City. We were coming from New York, but I had just had an operation and could not be there. It was a great help that Chris was able to handle everything in terms of contracts and price negotiations through the internet. He also handled the walk through on sale day. We now have an incredible home largely through the efforts of Chris. Thank You! Steve & Diane Mowad

My attention to detail, broad knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole, and determination to indulge my clients with first class service sets me apart. I understand the power of creative, well organized and highly effective marketing and offers customized marketing plans that maximize property exposure to the most qualified buyers. A real estate transaction is really about managing people, their desires and their finances. It is an intricate and consequential negotiation. I know that it is not only important to secure the most able buyer, but also the one that is most likely to close the deal when so much is at stake. I'm the one you want to represent you. My fair yet aggressive negotiating style and protectiveness of my client's best interests and ultimately, their assets, has gained me the respect with colleagues and clients alike

After two months, the agent was not keeping me informed of offers or the house, which remained empty, I had not moved in and had not sold the house. I found out more information from my neighbors then from my agent. I called the agent's broker to let him know the lack of information I was receiving on the sale, how unhappy I was with his agent, and he didn't care. After nasty emails were exchanged, the broker gave me another realtor. This second relator seemed on top of her game at first, then she slipped into an uninformative agent. After a while, my agent stopped calling me and began communicating through emails. I don't know how knowledgeable these agents are in Mesquite. It seemed my agent(s) were working for the buyer and not me. They didn't care about what I wanted or needed to make the sale happen. Just by luck, and not because of my realtor, the house sold, After the sale, I was told by the escrow office my agent would be letting me know about the closing, when the keys would be given to the buyers and about the utilities transfer. On the day of closing, I didn't hear from my agent. I tried calling her twice, no response. I texted her, still no response. It was like, game over, she received her commission and there is no need to communicate further. To the agents, it didn't matter how they treated me while my house on was on the market. These agents make a good fortune selling homes. You would think they would care about their clients. In the end, unfortunately, all that mattered was their commission. I have a terrible perception of realtors and brokers.

A week later he calls and asks if we are still interested because the sale fell thru. We met with him again and I texted him to go ahead and make another offer. He texted me back that he had emailed me our new offer to e-sign and then made a comment about showing the house to someone. I asked him knew who he was texting and if he had the right person. He realized he did not have the right person. I asked him if he was representing two clients on the same house. He immediately called me and tried to explain how it was okay that he was representing two different buyers on the same property but would hook me up with another agent in his office if I wanted that. It was too late, he had already emailed my offer to the other client obviously because he had no clue who he was talking to and I found out that the information he gave me on the property listed was completely false. He said someone had died and the property was now owned by a bank because the person did not have any relatives and that their was a lien by the water company. Turns out the house was actually used as collateral and the lien was from the owner's finance company and they were forcing the sale. The lien was a little bigger than just a water bill. So basically nothing about this guy was genuine. He also had made a comment when we met him that he thought the listing agent was "shady" and he had filed a complaint against that agent. He must have been thinking of himself!
