I took my courses here with Stephen Webb and I'm glad I did! I enjoyed the professor, he's a great guy who is good at what he does. The courses are affordable, only twice a week and give you a lot of information. read more

We recently had to list our mom's house and Dexter Moore with Keller Williams Realty in the Natomas neighborhood was our agent. I can truly say he went above and beyond the normal, his helpful suggestions and service helped us sell the property in a very short time. Dexter was a pleasure to work with and we totally recommend him. read more

Stephen Webb is a fantastic instructor!!! He made me very confident, and I know I will pass the exam the first time.

I wouldn't work with them. They ignored all "no solicitation" signs on our property and shoved their flyer into our door jam. Likely an indication of what the service may be like--not paying attention to the details. read more

Keller Williams Realty - Found this ad jammed into the frame of my front door. Ignored the no solicitation sign. - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Sacramento, California

So Michael Soares at Keller Williams has blocked my email and failed to respond via email, texts or messages. When a persons house is posted no soliciting Michael Soares doesn't respect the person enough to not place trash on their front porch. Instead of respecting people he is throws his trash on your porch. If he doesn't respect a posted property what makes you believe he will respect your house? If this was the first time no big deal. Instead after monthly visits and me having to throw his trash away for him, I finally emailed him. "You have a nice flyer, but my question is this, why would you leave this on our front porch? It was thrown down like trash. Is this not littering? Is this not a crime? Also, on our property clearly visible is a sign that says no soliciting? So why did you decide that didn't apply to you? Not only did you disregard our wishes of not being disturbed with unwanted solicitation, but you also left trash in our yard! That I was forced to clean up, now my time is valuable, and I believe you owe me for my labor for picking up trash that you left on my porch. As I believe I am due compensation of $20. That is a reasonable price as the fine for littering is up to $1000 in some areas." This was intended as an outlandish joke, response was we take this very serious. So here I thought great problem solved. Nope the next month same thing, but this time I was blocked on email. So I texted the number, no response, messaged him on instagram, no response. Messaged Keller Williams corporate and no response. This would be great if this would stop, but nope today another delivery of trash was left on my porch!! If I would take this and drop it in front of the office like they do at our houses I would be fined for littering! What is the difference here? read more

Reute was the realtor I used for my first home purchase (August 2021) and I wish I had known more before taking that first step. My wife and I used an inspection company she recommended for our first 3 inspections and he was amazing. He found every flaw possible and stopped us from purchasing some homes with hidden issues. Unfortunately he wasn't available for the home we ended up purchasing so we used her "2nd best" inspection company due to it being a last second purchase. To begin with our master bathroom flooded into our kitchen 1 month after purchase. Next we had to replace the roof due to massive leaks the inspector "missed" despite them being at the opening to the attic and were found by 2 other inspectors within a matter of minutes of starting the inspection. The fence had to be replaced since it was toppled over in a slight storm despite it passing inspection. The day before Thanksgiving this year we had a water leak and I was unable to turn off the water due to the main shutoff valves being inoperable. Now the mold remediation company has found black mold so we're without a house during the holiday season and into the new year. There were more issues found that we have to rectify prior to selling this house because of an F rated inspection. As a veteran I believe in taking pride in everything you do and if there's issues you fix them if you created them. Unfortunately the standard for taking care of your clients is so low I will never buy another home after this. Financially my wife and I may not be able to since this has drained us completely just trying to make it a livable house...... There's been minimal effort to assist us with the exception of sending a small list of people we can now pay to fix all the issues the inspector missed. We've asked for information on the inspector but she's "been unable to get any info" to this day. This is not a company I would recommend now that I'm on the verge of a total loss. read more

Darya Ghomeshi was the Sellers's agent, during the process she became very rude to my agent (who was amazing hands down) while we were waiting for appraisal which was taking sometime. Prior to us moving in my agent requested she had the sellers leave all manuals for the house, they did not. My agent reached out to Darya many times to get the sellers to explain things to us, as we had wires hanging out all over the house, and reset the doorbell and until this day, she hasn't replied to my agent. She was quick to update the "Sold Sign" with the price the house was sold for advertising her services. When she didn't contribute to us buying the house, we were ready to walk away if it wasn't for our agent. If you do use her as your seller, keep in mind that buyers may back out due to her unprofessionalism. If you are a buyer and she's the selling agent, please stay on top of it and don't expect for her to ensure everything is as you requested. read more

masspud Abdali was my agent. He was very on time on the phone message in email before the house purchase process after I bought this house I called him 10 times a day, but still unable to get a hold of him. don't make this really make you fool. He's just a joke. read more

Bought a home that was listed on Red Fin and I reached out to an agent that represents Keller Williams. He was great at first, was told a couple of things that I found wasn't true at all and he also said that everything looks great the inside was remodeled so he didn't think I needed an inspection. So I believed in him and his word. Boy did I ever get burnt!! Will never do business with Keller Williams per Anderson Clark ever again! He has costed me thousands of dollars in repairs not to mention my heating unit had multiple parts taken off of the unit so my home warranty company will not repair the unit. Personally I think the person that's was selling the Mobil home was a house flipper and Anderson and Rusty was a team. All around bad business. Will be taking them both to court! read more

In addition to my previous review I'll add the following; the only reason this story has not been posted all over every social media outlet is due to an attorney advising us to hold off until mediation. I think Mrs Webb is a horrific person for what she did to our family by selling a "structurally unsafe" home which not only was about to collapse onto the neighbors property, but also contained black toxic mold which was making one of our sons sick. His room is now closed off & he has been living in this nightmare since she fraudulently sold this home back in 2014. It all makes sense now; she wanted an "owner occupied" buyer because she figured if she allowed a "home flipper" to purchase it, he/she would sue her immediately for fraud, whereas a family has jobs, kids to attend too and just wouldn't have the means or time too. In our experience with this matter, I think Mrs Webb was extremely calculated in this transaction & has no scruples, as the bottom line is she needs to make a sale in order to get paid. I would never purchase, rent or even borrow anything with her name attached to it, directly or indirectly! I look forward to hearing her excuses on all the damage her & the sellers covered up. read more

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Denice Underwood on the marketing and sale of my home in West Sacramento. I had another realtor I had been speaking with in Sacramento about the possibility of selling my property about a year ago. My wonderful Property Management team, Sac Delta Prop Mngmt referred me to Denice. I kind of feel bad about not following through with the other realtor, but I know I wouldn't have had the same outcome! I am forever grateful! Denice immediately called me and set up time to talk. Denice is the type of person that is likeable in an instance. I not only trusted Denice and her knowledge, but the advice and direction as well. I was able to share very personal things with Denice without feeling like I was speaking to a stranger. Denice kept in touch with me and worked hard for me. When she wasn't available, I knew it. Her communication was always on point. What a great experience dealing with Denice! The best thing was selling my home in such quick time and I gained a wonderful and kind friend. We laugh a alot when we talk or text. She's definitely my people! Thanks Denice for a job well done! read more

Went through this company. Not impressed. I wanted to buy a house. I would think there should be a certain amount of professionalism involved with their real estate agents. I was with their associate, Afton, for the day. I rode in her car, she drives like a speed demon by the way. THEN she starts cussing in conversation, casual as you please. I'm sorry, but, do people actually think I want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with a person who can't reign herself in? She dropped the F bomb in front of me and didn't even bat an eye. SOO offensive. Within five minutes of this trial run with her, I knew it wasn't happening. And the houses she showed me were TRASHED. I had told her before hand that we needed something that was ready to go because our FHA loan was so strict, and no swimming pools please, as we have small children. I saw absolutely the opposite of everything we asked. Go somewhere else, or at least get an agent that's not a valley girl who acts straight out of high school. read more

The quality of agents in the Keller Williams Natomas Branch is outstanding! Not only do the agents commit to bettering themselves for their clients, they also offer the top of the line education straight from the experts for our current economic times. My wife and I worked with Afton on purchasing our first house. She was friendly and helpful during the entire process. For the most part she knew was she was talking about, and did a great job handling the short sale we ended up buying. We spent about 4 months with a different real estate agent at the beginning of our search, and it was pretty much a waste of time. An agent that knows what you want and acts as your agent (in your best interests) is what you need. read more

Lynn Adams was great to work with. She didn't try to steer me to homes that were on the high end of my price range, unless she thought that they would be a good fit for me. I just got done viewing a home with Heather Patton. She was sent to me by Meghan Laymance. Both these ladies are awesome! My husband and I have worked with Afton on listing a few properties. She is an extremely hard worker. I felt like she was available whenever I needed her. I cannot begin to explain how helpful Robert and Tamara are! They are without a doubt the most helpful people we have had the privilege of working with. They traveled around 1.5-2 hours (each way) to help my parents in the process of selling their current home and helping them find another. They maintained great contact with us so that we were always informed and up to date on the current status of our application process. We never felt uneasy throughout the whole process. If I could give them additional stars I would! I will definitely be working with them in the future when I am ready to purchase! Thank you both for being such a delight! read more

Afton was the worst. She made the process of selling and buying a new home a total nightmare. Her and her partner were deceitful. I found out I was paying a 3,000 closing costs of the people who bought my house through documents. She said she told me over the phone when I accepted their offer. Somehow she slid that in but didn't mention 3,000, I would have never agreed to that. I was already having an issue with the money! Then I went by myself over to the new homes, she never brought me there, and she ended up getting a commission off of that also. I have been told the realtor usually will kick back some to the client. I don't know how she could accept money when she did nothing for it. When I signed the papers with Khovanian she didn't even go with me, said she was busy!!! The worst person, she gives good realtors a bad name. I have told everyone the story what she and her partner did. Beware of this unscrupulous Person!!!! read more
