Negative stars is what they deserve. If you are thinking of using Keller Williams for your PM needs and your are out of state, please think again. You may be enticed by the fact they are month to month. Just don't. They approve items without your knowledge, send you quotes that don't make any sense, their monthly statements seem as if they are designed to confuse you, and their property managers tell you very minimal information and will tell you nothing unless you ask the right question (her name was Sharon). They sent us a quote to make a unit rent ready without pictures. When asked for pictures they sent blurry pictures that looked as if it was taken by flip phone. Their rent ready charge was almost 9k, more than what they charge in CA. When we went to see the property, very minimal work needed to be done. We had to request for them to stop authorizing services we did not approve and they still did it. They opened up a sewer and water account without us knowing which caused the one we had to close. Come to find out we owed 2k. Instead of educating us on the sewer account we needed, they chastised us as if we didn't pay on purpose and used the guise of concern as if they cared about our tenants and property : "It's important to keep the property in shape and pay the water bill". If you need your unit checked, be prepared to wait. We possibly paid for a needless eviction because they just weren't good about checking the unit. We left them and suddenly have an 800 bill for changing 6 locks. If you can avoid using them you will be doing yourselves a favor. They are theeee worst property management I have ever used. They actually made us miss our old PM and she did barely anything unless asked but at least she listened, their monthly statements were clear, and we were not nickeled and dimed. This company has caused so much stress on our family. If you feel threatened by your neighbors residing in the same apartment don't waste your time trying to contact someone. I've reported drug abuse, overdoses, trash in yard due to parties and fights, with nothing done. My children were not safe. All they said when finally responding was " if you'd like to leave and terminate lease we can get that started. Then once lease was coming to an end. Property manager was very pudhy and harassed me almost daily on wanting us stay after informing us the rent will be raised. Once we told her we would go month to month they emailed us a notice to vacate/ non renewal and told us to be our by the term ending. Needless to say if you have children do not rent from them. If you like your home safe don't rent from them. Poor communication. Rude pushy staff. read more

My friends, girlfriend, and I rented a home through Keller Williams Property Management Services. I have rented through many places and this way, by far, my worst experience to date. I will list the many improprieties that went on. 1. THE AGENT: The property agent assigned to the task was named Jenn S. and she was extremely unprofessional. She was late to all our meetings, cancelled our first scheduled viewing, and illegally gave us access to the property before we had signed anything. She was a nightmare to work with and I would strongly advise her to work on her personal work ethic before taking on any more jobs. 2. COMMUNICATION: Upon moving into the property, there were a laundry list of issues with the property. Jenn S. quickly left the management side of the company, so we used Keller Williams' property management guide which was essentially a website where we could pay our bills, and report management issues. We were unable to communicate about the property in any other way. Also, Keller Williams sent independent contractors, some of which were wonderful and helpful and others were complete scumbags. One time, my girlfriend called me frantically because they were doing roof work on the top of the house and didn't contact us in any way. Another time, my roommate woke up to find a stranger in his room, saying that he thought no one was home and was there to fix something. We had no idea who was here to do honest work, and who was there for any other reason. It was awful. 3. END OF THE LEASE: Jenn S seems to have landed on her feet because she is currently the real estate agent charged with selling the property once our lease is up. We are all in the process of moving out despite the fact that we have one more month before our lease is up. Three of the original six roommates are still living on the property and the house is kind of turned upside down right now because when six people split up to go their separate ways, it takes awhile. Jenn is currently harassing my friends stating that she will be coming by whenever she feels like to show people the property, which she is legally allowed to do but once again, she is being the same rude, unprofessional person we met a year ago. I strongly recommend everyone avoid doing business with Keller Williams, especially rent from them. They are a terribly unprofessional organization and when it comes time for me to buy my first home, they will be the last company I would contact. Thank you read more

Agent was personable and superficially helpful while I was searching for a new apartment, but I later found out that he lied to my face multiple times during the process. Once I moved in I discovered that the unit had many issues, some of which I had noticed beforehand and was promised would be fixed. These included a non-working stove, broken smoke detectors, and a leaking pipe that caused water to collapse my downstairs neighbor's ceiling the first time I tried to take a shower. Maintenance was slow to communicate with, taking days or weeks to respond to even the highest priority issues. Some still haven't been fixed over a month later. The kicker came when apparently the apartment was sold to a new landlord, and Keller Williams didn't both to inform me until I discovered that I was no longer able to log in to their online portal to pay rent. I'm not sure what combination of incompetent, disorganized, and malicious they are, but either way I'm never renting from them again. read more

I would prefer ZERO stars. I rent a house from them. I pay high rent, and pay just as much in sewer alone as the rent. They are on the same level as a slum lord. Their maintenance is my biggest complaint. My subpump beeper goes off whenever a light is on, I have told them about this and they have replaced a battery 3 times and they still dont fix it. The upstairs sink needed a screen on the faucet and they told me thats my responsibility. Theres constant problems with the toilet, they keep "fixing" and my friend finally came to fix it. The final straw is during the storm the bolt that holds to the cable wire to the house came off. And its a classic case of pass the buck. "Maintenance" refused to help. Fire Dept and Electric company refuse. I just dont know what im paying for. Keller William's is the RUDEST and UNPROFESSIONAL realtor company I have EVER encountered. The realtor we were working with was extremely pushy and always found excuses why not to show us the houses we wanted to view but to only show us the houses she wanted to show us and when we tried to make an offer on a house she would argue with us saying it wasnt a good price but In reality she was just trying to max out our loan. Her boss John D (I forget his full last name but hes located in northeast Ohio) was even worse to deal with. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called him to ask about how the pandemic was affecting the house buying economy he completely avoided the question and proceeded to drill me about who my loan was approved through and for how much. Once he learned it wasnt with the agency that had ties with his company he then began to pick apart my choice in lender and then got agitated and had the audacity to ask me "so what exactly is the purpose of this phone call?" making me feel like I was a nuisance. After that I hung up on him and terminated all contracts with them. They are a TERRIBLE company and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They dont care about their clients, all they see is dollar signs. If you want to be treated like sh*t then proceed to work with them, otherwise take my advice and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!
