They failed to due either although based on board approval the roof project began. Five months after the project began, Continental Management notified homeowners additional signatures were needed to secure a loan, I received notice this was complete April 17, 2025. On April 22, 2025 I received a notice that the entire roofing assessment per unit was past due on my account, owing over $10,000. There are other examles of poor service and I urge any HoA to not contract with them, current contracts should ask for immediate accountablily.

Cabinets were full of food, stains on the floor, etc. 2) The lease was incorrectly written, stating that electric was included at a monthly, flat rate. I moved into a unit with no electricity and still have not received an amended lease agreement. 2) The refrigerator and freezer were broken when I moved into the unit and were not fixed until almost a month later. The landlord refused to provide a working fridge or freezer from another unit. 3) The freezer malfunctioned again and has still not been fixed. It has been over a month and I do not even have an appointment with a date about when they will be fixing the problem. 4) I have spoken with other tenants, who have had to pay their rent into escrow accounts with the city because the management company refuses to fix major appliances or complete repairs.

The office is riddled with discrimination & prejudice that seems to run rampant & is probable the company culture. They falsely advertise units at JRSP to post the apartments online under deceitful pretenses, like advertising a 1 bed/1 bath at 900 sq. ft. as 2 bed/2 bath so they can charge more rent. They are so corrupt & unethical. They are a reflection of Zaremba, & speaking not only for myself but for many, many future, current &/or prospective customers/renters, none of us will ever be associated with them again.
