Erin Chappelle is one of the VERY best real estate (realtor) agents I have ever transacted business…read morewith. She just sold my wife's home in Ohio (my honey baby moved from Ohio to Cali with me 3 yrs. ago ). This was my 28th real estate transaction so needless to so say, I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly. Erin was GREAT (and that is a total understatement). She's AWESOME...Period! BTW- I don't have time to write reviews here on Yelp, but let me say this; please, if you come across someone who deserves more than just a "Yelp" review -write a flipping Yelp review on them. These people/companies deserve it!!! Erin goes way past the extra mile. I never left my home in Monterey, California, at any time during the transaction. She ran all over the place to close the deal for us (to the city, to the title company (and set up the escrow in Cali so we could sign docs), to meet my tenants, to meet with inspectors at the property, she had excellent repairs folks at her fingertips (i.e., when the bank wanted electrical and plumbing fixed prior to funding/closing), etc.). Wheeew!.... That was a mouth full. She was there every step of the way. And she made it so we received over $10K more than I ever thought we would at closing (yep it was a nice house and she did not sell it cheap [She got us ALL the money on that one]). She was spot on with market values and her market strategy, and more...when all's I ever wanted to do was dump the fringing house and get it off our books. From the first day I called her to the day we closed; was only 67days, from listing the house, showing the house, etc., etc., etc. and did I mention she got us an EXTRA $10K plus ;-).... Yes, I am ecstatic and delighted. We LOVE YOU, ERIN!!!! Background: I interviewed four other local companies (realtors) in the Lorain, Ohio area before I found Erin and the other companies were a bit flaky and/or just not as professional as I would have expected/liked. In any event, Erin was my 5th call, and in speaking with her .... I knew then ... I had found my person! Most importantly, Erin knows the housing market in Ohio.... like the back of her hand. She was professional at every step of the way, and my wife and I can't thank her enough. We do, however, still have six bottles of nice California wine we are sending out to her soon as I promised. If you are selling your house in Ohio - there's just ONE CALL YOU NEED TO MAKE - CALL Erin. If you are as lucky like we were, she'll work with you too. I swear, does this woman ever sleep. Not only do all of my…read moreoriginal comments seen below still hold true, but I can add another positive to the list: The year 2020 has been full of stress for all of us. More than once, I found myself quite anxiety-ridden during the selling process. Paula operates with an extremely high degree of emotional intelligence, and was able to leave me feeling at ease each time. I think this woman is part realtor, part therapist, LOL! She really is amazing. [April 2017] - I've owned seven properties over the years, and have experienced a wide variety of realtor expertise ... everything from the "quite good" to the "so-so". As such, I have plenty of comparison stories going into this review. I can honestly say that having Paula as a seller's realtor has been my first experience working with a truly GREAT professional. From start to finish, Paula handled every detail with the utmost care. She understands that people buying and selling real estate are dealing with some of the most important and complex transactions in their lives, and this shows in all of her communications. I recall at one point referring to her as the "Queen of Follow-Through!" One thing separates a great realtor from all the rest is how he or she handles the "blips" or "glitches" that sometimes arise during sales. I experienced such a "blip" during my recent sale, when the closing took longer than expected. Paula was terrific. Not only was she supportive, with speedy responses to all of my concerns, she was appropriately assertive in communications with other parties. Her extensive background with all of the paperwork and procedures involved helped calm a number of frayed nerves. Paula's advice from the very beginning proved extremely valuable. One thing she and I discussed early on was an appropriate listing price. While it's tempting as a seller to try and get as much as possible, the biggest mistake one can make is listing a property too high early on, and then getting stuck with an aging listing. (I know - I've made that mistake more than once in the past.) Paula had done her research before coming to my home, and suggested a listing price based on her research. I went with that price, and sure enough, we had multiple offers in a few days. She somehow manages to take some of the stress out of buying and selling! I wish I could give her more than five stars! :-)

The house met all my wants which was challenging as I had many wants not to mention it was a seller's market with minimal inventory. The lack of inventory made it frustrating but Paula never gave up and remained relentless in my pursuit of a home purchase. Paula treats all her clients as they are her family.
