Andrea was my seller's agent for a house I bought on 2/9/18. If I was not a first-time buyer ad inexperienced, I can assure you that I would not go through with the deal and I think everyone deserve to know who they are dealing with. She knows exactly how to give you 30 days of stress and kill the joy of house buying. I told her broker that I will write this review on all the websites I know but wanted to talk to him too. He was understanding and listened to me. Short review: Responsiveness:0 Being accommodating:0 False Information on MLS Professional level: 0 Sense of compassion and understanding : none Detailed review: She listed Wifi as part of HOA where in fact it wasn't. I wanted my house inspection to be done after appraisal (my offer was way high due to multiple offer almost $100/sf compared to a house sold 2 month earlier). She had scheduled the appraisal to her convenience on the day I had to release my inspection contingency even though she had 4 days before that. During the inspection, one of the blinds had issue and not going up (inspector didn't know how to work with it) so he listed it in the report and I told my agent I will not release the contingency until I see they are working so I can either go there or the owner take a video and show me. Owner didn't want to take the video so I had to go and see the house for confirmation. Andrea took this as the final walk through of the house. When we told her that we want to do final walk through to make sure the floors are not damaged as a result of moving, it took her 4!!! days just to ask the owner for something that is absolutely my right being all rude and nasty on why we want to see the house again. its the night before closing and I am going crazy, my lender called her, left message and emailed her but she didn't respond. I told my agent I will not close and that my loan rate will expire the day after closing and if that happens they need to pay for the penalty. can you imagine the amount of stress I went through thinking all the worst-case scenarios? Finally, at 7 PM! the night before closing she agreed to ask the seller for final walk through why? because she was done with the deal and didn't give a .... anymore on giving us any service as in her mind the deal is done so now she just wants the money. My agent showed me all the rude and nasty text messages Andrea sent her. Absolutely unprofessional. read more

We were entertaining prospective tenants (our 1st time out as renting our house in Oceanside) when a Military Couple came thru the property and advised us that they know of MICHI SUZUKI. There was information shared that MICHI SUZUKI will Manage our property (source tenants, do the back ground work on prospective tenants ie... References, Employment, Credit Ect...) and after Placing Qualified Tenants, she will Manage the property for No Money! The Payoff is when we Sell Our Property, which we promised we would as soon as market valuations grew, KELLER WILLIAMS would get our Property as Their Inventory- They Secure the Listing (meaning you Bless them)! Sounded like a Fair deal (sounded to good to be true and it was). MICHI SUZUKI, Via her Side Kick named (JANICE- PIECE OF DIRT), Sourced a Tenant without doing ANY BACK GROUND WORK- NO FILE ON THE TENANTS. The Military couple stated they had good luck (from what they knew at the time because they never gained access to interior of premises and only knew that they got the rent monthly and tenants did not bother any neighbors). Bottom Line, The tenants they placed (MICHI SUZKI, KELLER WILLIAMS AND JANET) were and are TRASH. MICHI SUZUKI understood (clearly) that wife and I are Disabled, Elderly good people (I have Neurological Damage and wife has spinal cord damages due to a m.v.a.). We placed our TRUST in HER to do what she promised- MICHI PROMISED THAT SHE VISITS PROSPECTIVE TENANTS AT THEIR CURRENT LIVING LOCATION (UN-ANNOUNCED) to size up their life style- See if they are Clean and No Destruction ect.... In our case, she did NONE of what She Promised. As a result, we Suffer Losses over 10k due to the HORRIBLE TENANTS MICHI SUZUKI, JANET AND KELLER WILLIAMS installed in our property. The Property had full upgrades ie... stainless package, granite, hardwood floors, travertine ect... Much damaged and all left extremely dirty. The tenants FOUGHT (husband & wife) often and disturbing the neighborhood, they used the FOSTER CARE SYSTEM (for $$$) and the teenagers they fostered would go around the exterior throwing Eggs ect.. on and at house. Husband Dumped RAW GARBAGE into a shed (2 feet deep) drawing TENS OF RATS (because they forget to take the garbage out to the curbside weekly)! We did our Part, we had House Sold once Market Valuations Increased (as we had Promised- but, we DID NOT give the Listing to KELLER WILLIAMS OF CARLSBAD, CA ). Our house sold this September- 2 years after MICHI SUZUKI Screwed us. DO YOU SELF A FAVOR- BEWARE OF MICHI SUZUKI, JANET AND KELLER WILLIAMS OF CARLSBAD. I saw my neighbor talking to someone who was going door-to-door. He left his card on many of our doors. My neighbor informed this guy from Keller Williams that this was a private street and no soliciting was allowed Signs are clearly posted on the street and we watch out for each other. He was informed that he was trespassing and that that was not permitted. A few of my neighbors had already told this guy that it was a private street and it was not OK to go door-to-door but he just kept going. Not a good way to make an impressive. Negative stars! Michi Suzuki, is not a very good realtor. Have never met or spoke with her. She avoids all calls and emails. Spoke wit her assistant numerous times. Assistant told me to not call her " don't call her, just email her only". Very selective on who they want applying for their homes they are representing. Was told " 4 adults are to much in a home, You need to get a recommendation letter from previous landlords to better your chance". I then called to inquire about two new homes that were listed and she avoided all questions and continued to tell me " to further your search and better chance get a letter of recommendation" immediately followed by an " ok " and being hung up on. Not a solid vibe from this realty company. Negative star in my book! read more

Worst real estate experience ever. I purchased a home through Keller Williams and I have had major issues with home starting with a negligent home inspection from an inspector the agent picked and knew, well enough to give him a hug. I went after the inspector and WON! My agent and Keller Williams did very little to help and told me " we don't have an issue with the inspector you do." They even withheld information from the home inspector that would have sped up the process by over a month. Above an d beyond is a joke. I would not recommend Keller Williams to anyone!!! Beware and triple check EVERYTHING they say to you. They will provide false information because they are too lazy to put in any time and effort and do the research. DO NOT USE AVALON HOME INSPECTION in OCEANSIDE, CA. John Lampo gave me a negligent home inspection. Nothing on his card is not up to date and he hasn't been affiliated with with specified groups on his card for over 2 years. I called everywhere He will refuse to give you his insurance information unless he is contacted by a lawyer, so I did and I won. Shame on you Keller Williams and L.P. and John Lampo!! read more

We have used Keller Williams agents in the past in Orange County, both to buy and sell. They were always professional and knowledgeable. We recently had one of your agents, Andrea Hilsenroth, bring clients to view our townhome in San Diego. She brought her own kids as well as the client. As a mom, I am absolutely fine with that, if they are respectful. We left our home to allow them to view it at their leisure. After a long while, we checked our security cameras on our phone to see if we could return. To our surprise, the agents and client were downstairs while the children ran around alone upstairs. The client helped himself to a glass from the cupboard and had a drink (left it on the counter for us when he was done, nice). When we returned we found paper taken out of our printer and strewn all over the upstairs (wet paper no less??) and breakables moved around. We were shocked at the utter lack of professionalism exhibited by this agent. read more
