omg the staff was so immature. even the elderly gossiped and sat around doing nothing. management was discombobulated and dysfunctional. Tori was snobby and rude and jumped to conclusions. They had no training process and they broke confidentiality a lot. Anyone can sell a house but not everyone has the right mindset to lead and the people at this company are not leaders. Mark (Masih) was great! Really, the only blessing and good fortune we had through the process of finding and buying our home, and the reason we found a great place in the end. The process of finding a home and negotiating with sellers can be daunting. It was nice to have a friendly, easy-going, yet professional, like Mark, to help us through the process. He was knowledgeable and above all, what impressed us, was his willingness to seek assistance from mentors before answering questions he didn't fully know. He understands the industry well already, but he takes advantage of finding answers to new questions he may not know the answer to. He was also very responsive and even messaged back from texts quickly. He even answered and called several times on his days/nights off. They also represent the buyer and the seller(which experts say can't be done fairly because they get their money from the seller). They're in 5 locations. They don't disclose this to the potential buyer, so unless you ask, you won't know... Choose your real estate office with care. I am a first time time homebuyer who was intentionally lied to about the leak in the basement. This property was under Keller Willams management for at least 1 year so I find it very difficult to believe that they did not know about this leak. This review is based off my experience with Kathryn Blessington, a Keller Williams of Center City Real Estate Agent. This "realtor" is unreliable, unresponsive and flat out disrespectful. I'm appalled that she is listing herself as a realtor, as she is far from any realtor that I have ever dealt with. Since I am unable to upload screenshots of our conversations, I will leave you all with a very detailed review so you yourself can try to avoid her at all costs. I came across Kathryn's posting on craigslist (for a rental) and contacted her FOUR hours after it was posted. I texted her and asked if she could show me the property the following day (Sunday) at noon. She responded with "I might be able to." Later that night I texted her to confirm if she was able to show me the place at noon the next day. No response. I then called her, no answer. The next day comes, I text her and no response. At this point, it's noon and I still have not heard from her. If this is how she treats all of her customers, I cannot see how she gets any business. She is clearly unprofessional; I would not refer my worst enemy to this woman. So she finally texts me on Monday and says, "Only wed at 9am." Really? I have worked in Real Estate industry for four years and have multiple friends who are Realtors. I am the customer and you are the realtor - its common sense that you're supposed to accommodate to the customers schedule. At this point, I wasn't even going to look at the place because I was so irritated by her lack of common decency, but knowing how hard it is to find a spot in the city, I decided to go check it out. Now this is the icing on the cake. The showing was Wednesday at 9:00am - I got there a little early (around 8:50am) and waited in my car. At 9:00am I texted her "I'm here", no response. Eleven minutes later I text her again "Hello?", no response! A few minutes later I called her and go figure, no answer. Then I get out of the car because I saw a woman standing outside of the apartment. Could this be Kathryn, the "realtor?" It was not - it was another woman also waiting to see the apartment. I asked the woman if Kathryn ignores her texts/calls too and she said "she's not very responsive". The woman then texted Kathryn to let her know she was there and Kathryn texted her back "be there soon". Mind you, Kathryn still completely ignored my text and phone call. She never bothered to let me know that she was running late after even though I called AND texted her! I can't get over how rude that is - not only as a decent person, but as woman who is in the real estate business. So finally, she shows up TWENTY MINUTES LATE! WHAT REALTOR SHOWS UP TO THEIR SHOWING APPOINTMENT TWENTY MINUTES LATE?! I took time off work to come look at the apartment and she strolls up twenty minutes late like no one else's time matters but her own. I was waiting for her to arrive before putting money in the kiosk for my car. As I was putting my money in the Kiosk, I heard the other woman say to Kathryn "she has to put money in the Kiosk first." The next thing I know, I turn around and they both went into the apartment without me! I was FUMING! You show up to your own showing appointment late, then go in to view the place without the other customer who you made wait for you? So I called Kathryn and of course she doesn't answer but then texts me and says "upstairs." I walk up myself to find the apartment. I could not even look at her that's how annoyed I was. I actually did like the apartment but because of her utter disrespect and lack of initiative, I wasn't going to allow her to make any money off of me. In conclusion, this is what I call BAD BUSINESS and everyone deserves to know how she is, so that you don't find yourself in a situation like mine. There are a ton of other realtors on Zillow and other sites that will treat you with the courtesy and respect you deserve. Like I mentioned before, I worked in the real estate industry for FOUR years as a processor- I know what good qualities real estate agents possess and she is an extremely unprofessional and rude real estate agent. I would never recommend her to ANYONE. I'm glad that I know many people in the industry because I will continue to spread the word to everyone about her! read more

I contacted an agent in order to rent an apartment in Queens Village. At first I thought that it was going to be great because the agent agreed to schedule the viewing at 7 O'clock in the morning. I was told that someone else had put in an application and if I wanted to secure the apartment, I would have to give them a check for the security deposit and apply immediately. (The apartment had been on the market for 3 months and they had already lowered the price twice, not likely someone else wanted it that bad) They sent me the lease around 4 on a Tuesday and expected me to have the rest of the money (2 1/2 months rent) to them within 48 hours. However, when I explained to the agent that the lease indicated I did not need to give the rest of the money until a week and a half later, they finally conceded. It was obvious that the agent who was representing me did not even read the first page of the lease. They also tried to get me into the apartment on Jan 3rd when the owner wouldn't be ready to have someone in the apartment until near the end of the month. The landlord and I were upset with how Keller Williams handled the process. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to rent an apartment. read more

I hate writing this at all, and I am sorry to any decent realtors in Philly, but do not use this company if you are renting. I have a family member who works for KW in another state, and if it wasn't for them, we would have been left out on our asses. TWO SEPARATE realtors absolutely failed us. Gabriel Polishuk ignored us like it was their job, when we did finally get in touch, it was through our KW contact, and they were informed: "it isn't available and hasn't been, they just leave it up, so people will reach out, and they can suggest other places". We looked at those other places, and they were in terrible areas, and nowhere near as nice as the address we originally reached out about. A couple of weeks go by, and we contact them again because that address is still showing as available. And not only did he rudely answer the phone, he just asked us what we wanted (as in why are you calling me) when we already mentioned it was about the listing. Then made up some more bologna, and wasted more of our time. If you are moving to Philadelphia avoid this company, actually avoid moving there at all. Will follow up with another realtor issue in a later review. Say no to Keller Williams Philly, move to NJ, and use that office instead. read more
