We rented tents and other furniture in March of this year and were very disappointed. Not all the furniture we paid for was delivered and one of the tents we originally looked at was not needed. We gave Keller plenty of notice so they would not load the tent, but it came anyway. We have asked repeatedly for refunds of the pieces we didn't use or was never delivered and have gotten no response at all from Ted Hargett. She doesn't have office hours or a location and will call and text at random hours. Unprofessional way to run a business. Double charged my card, wouldn't get back to me within a reasonable time period. Cancelling was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE because their website was "down" and the emails were kicked back over and over again! We ordered a 10x10 canopy, sandbags, a 6 ft table and table skirting for an event held by the Keller Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Shannon Brewery. We received a message from Keller Party Rental on Friday, May 1 asking if they could deliver our equipment on Friday. I called back & told them no because this was not our property and no one was there to accept the delivery. They told me they already dropped it off and "left it by the sidewalk". Needless to say when we arrived to set up for the event on Saturday, May 2, Shannon Brewery did not have our equipment or have any knowledge of them dropping it off the day prior. I have left messages and emailed Keller Party Rental and have yet to receive ANY response. They charged us in full so we are going to have to contact our bank and dispute the charges. I had to rent a few tents, chairs, tables, bounce house, and DJ for my Godson's birthday party. From the moment I called to book the party to the moment the party was over I was impressed with professionalism of the staff from answering the phones, setup on-site, and all the staff that managed the bounce house and DJ. It was so nice to not have to worry about the kids fighting to get in the bounce house, their staff was on top of it!!! They were an hour and a half late on delivering. Then they decided they wouldnt be picking it up until the next day leaving us to roll it up BY OURSELVES so the grass it was on would not be damaged! The next day I get a call from them saying they were coming to pick it up and if we could please unroll it to let it fully dry... When I specifically said I would not be there when they picked it up and even if I was how could I unroll the HUGE thing by myself and WHY ON EARTH should I be doing their job?? Do NOT use this company. I ordered a bounce house, a pop corn machine, and a balloon artist. The bounce house was delivered over an hour late, they didn't supply pop corn even though they said they would, and the balloon artist never showed up. I paid over $100 for the balloon artist. I called and called and left message after message with no answer or call back. After a few weeks I called again and finally talked to someone saying that my money would be refunded. That was a year ago. I still email them asking where my refund is and never get a response. They never pick up the phone, so don't bother calling. They then have the audacity to email me thanking for being a customer and if I use them again, I'll get $10 off my next order. Thanks but no thanks. I'll never use this company again. read more

Worst place I have ever tried to do any type of business by far! We ordered a bounce house for the 4th and even though their website says they will call ahead confirm we never got a phone call. Our bounce house was supposed to be delivered at 11 and after several calls to the company we got ahold of the female owner at 1030. She informed us she was out on an errand and would call back in 15. After over an hour we still had no call or answer. We called multiple times and she finally answered and when asked for answers she starting in about owning two small business and how her people weren't reliable and hadn't shown up for delivering the houses. And something about her having to go out of her way to drive across town with her kids and how it was messing up her day. Because I myself own a small business, it infuriated me even more! There is no excuse for bad communication and for not delivering what you promised your customers. And when I asked what was being done she said she'd have the bounce house to us by 330. 330...when our original drop off time was 11. She was rude, and unprofessional. And we ended up having to drive to Roanoke to pick up the bounce house. When we got it back home and set up it was around 2 o'clock. The bounce house didn't inflate all the way, was dirty and stinky and covered in holes and duck tape. So we called and they said we could come pick up another. An hour later my husband was back with another Bounce house. It had a broken zipper that we had to gorilla tape shut to even get the house to blow up. This one too was dirty and full of Holes so it never fully inflated. And would sink in places if a few kids were on that side. To top that when we were setting the bounce house up my son that is 6 was helping plug the extension cord in and got shocked because the cord attached to the blower had exposed and worn wires. All of this and they still charge us the full price for the bounce house. All they did was wave the $15 delivery fee since we picked up the bounce house and gave us a cotton candy machine. I have to say we get a bounce house at least once a year and I will never ever rent from Keller party rentals again! We will make sure we order sooner so afford a bounce isn't sold out! And all 30 people at our party witnessed this mess caused by Keller party rentals and I guarantee you none of them will ever use this business for anything!!! read more

This place is horrible, they were scheduled to come at 12 because my party started at 4.... When they did show it was 445 and my party had already began, my guest were having to sit in the heat. Not only were they late but they showed with all the wrong stuff! We ordered a white event tent and a snow cone machine and they brought orange academy tents and this stupid single serve snow cone machine that looked like nothing I ordered. I ordered an inflatable and margarita machine for my sister's going away to the airforce party. The inflatable arrived. They asked if they could pick it up Monday and I said that was fine. It was dirty, ripped, and wet. The margarita machine never arrived. I called 3 times and they never picked up. I had to go and get drinks at the start of party because I had told the guest there was going to be a margarita machine on invite. I had to call them because Monday came no one came to pick up the inflatable or bothered to call me about margarita machine refund. I had to leave my car in the rain so that their inflatable would not get stolen or wet.Finally they picked up inflatable Thursday. He said he would refund me for margarita machine. He refunded me but without the taxes. So their bad service, bad business and I still had money coming out of my pocket! Do not recommend them at all!! I complained to owner and he said he will do the full refund. It's been 2 weeks since party and have not received it. I wish I had read reviews on facebook before I rented from this place. read more

I am not one to say bad stuff-I know mistakes happen. However I do not want any other children's birthday parties ruined. The bounce house arrived at 4:21P, my 3 year old party started at 3P. It was over $200 for a 3 hour rental. I asked since they were so late if they would give any sort of discount? The owner would not answer my phone call so I had to go thru the teenage delivery/driver person, who called the owner. The answer was NO Discount, but I could keep the bounce house till Monday. What was I suppose to do? Re-invite everybody back the next day and kill my grass completely? They also said I would not get my deposit back, so basically I paid them to ruin my 3 year old first birthday party that he actually knew what was going on. And the last thing I want to say is they are dishonest. The first kid told me that they were overbooked and the only guys working in Texas, when my husband call back the 2nd driver told them they had a flat. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! Ted was very kind when I order (2) 6 ft. Tables and 10 chairs. I specifically asked about the quality and condition of the product. Ted assured me that the tables were practically new, 12-18 mths. old. My delivery experience was much like everyone's .... late. I took off work for the delivery and he didn't even call me to let me know he could not meet the schedule. I called him and He rescheduled with me for 3:30 then came early @ 2:45. He texted me to let me know the tables and chairs were left on my front porch. They were in very poor condition: dirty, severely scratched, dented and had chewed gum and a cigarette butt stuck on them. The chairs were in the same condition with all kinds of residue on the legs! I immediately emailed him regarding the matter with no response. When he finally called he responded by saying, "You were the only person that complained". So unprofessional! read more

I have used Keller Party Rentals in the past and have never had any problems for the most part. Each time we've rented from them they've delivered in a timely manner and shown up when scheduled to pick up. 3 years ago the bounce house delivered was broken, so another was delivered- also messed up. The owner was very helpful in making the situation right and taking care of his customers by giving me the option of a refund or a credit for future use. However, this year when I called to order the same summer special I've previously ordered year after year, I was not only told by Shay they could not honor any deals, but I was accused of being a previous girlfriend and sleeping with the owner. I've never felt so uncomfortable. Not only was Shay very rude when she returned my phone call, she was extremely unprofessional. Her bad reviews on here as unhelpful and a scatter brain seem very true, and how unfortunate for a business. When I did receive a phone call back and went over pricing, it was more than I had discussed with my husband and because I wanted to speak with him before agreeing to set up a rental, she became even more ugly asking what exactly I expected from her and how much I expected her to discount the rental. There are plenty of party rental companies out there that will not accuse me of being "Ashley" and sleeping with an owner for a discount or deal. I recorded my phone call experience each time and will be playing it for anyone interested in using them in the future. So upset, I'm looking forward to my children's party and this has put such a damper on their big day. IM EXTREMELY OFFENDED AND WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN, TED- THANK SHAY. read more
