Prior to takeoff, he detailed what he was checking & why, I felt my father was in good hands w him when they jumped into a the Diamond Eclipse plane.The training is 45 minutes, they have comfortable leather chairs, dvd player,kitchen & other amenities (blazing Wifi) if your waiting for flight to land. The location on Yelp is a little tricky as they have planes at a variety of airports, including Orlando Airpark as well as Orlando Exec and even one or two others. I was in Orlando back in October and wanted to rent a small craft to get down to Miami and explore Cedar Key. John, the owner of the business made this super seamless and easy. We talked on the phone, he reassured me of the maintenance of the planes and was very responsive. They are cool with you taking the planes out overnight. The checkout process is relatively easy. They have older planes with older radios/avionics as well as newer ones to choose from. I chose one of the older ones and it performed well for the few hours I put on it. Highly recommended!

They arranged for the two of us to take "The Harris Chain of Lakes bar hop". We met our pilot "Paul" in Mount Dora. A very professional and knowledge guide with a Jimmy Buffet kinda quality that made us very comfortable from the start. We managed five stops on our tour staying long enough at each for a drink and a quick bite. If you think pulling up to a bar in a limo is cool you really need to try this. There was absolutely no pressure on us. We could stay as long as we wanted but we where more interested in the flying than the drinking. We didn't know how beautiful and interesting central Florida is from the air until now. Each jump resulted in a 15 to 20 minute flight to the next bar. Paul even threw a quick touch and go in on our final jump. This was a unforgettable trip that we will be talking about for a very long time.
