First off you need an appointment to come in and when you arrive you'll notice they keep the doors locked and only open for customers. That makes me feel super safe, and avoids that awkwardness of having weird people coming in to sell you stuff. You aren't allowed inside without a mask and there's a sign outside that says it. When you do come in they check your temp which is fab, and they also sanitize everythinggg before and after use. Enough about cleanliness...lets talk about hair!! My stylist is Jackie and we've gone through a crazy hair color journey! My natural color is dirty blonde and I always go to her with a box black to start. Shes taken me through several colors without destroying my hair and honestly its mind blowing. Look at her work for yourself! Albert is the other stylist in the salon and although he's never done my hair, I have seen him work and he's just as fab as Jackie. Before coloring, Jackie always mixes a little swatch for me just to make sure im happy with the color. She also always uses Olaplex on my hair, which is amazing because i probably would've been bald by now without it. When I'm done with my color service Jackie always gives me this heavenly head massage that relieves the discomfort from my never ending relationship with bleach. I love her!! During your stay here you'll notice that they'll always offer coffee, tea, or wine. The salon offers many Aveda products to buy for home use as well as Aveda makeup and Morphe makeup. Anyway, this is the place to go to for perfect color/cut & 5-star service.

The most awful experience EVER! I've been here a couple of times before and the service was good…read morebut this time was just awful! The lady didn't do anything anything I asked and she was more concerned about her needs and comfort not mine! From the time she started to wash my hair it was bad. Had to ask her to wash my hair twice and ask for conditioner. I told her the chair was too high and it was hurting my neck. She told me it hurts her back to lean down so needless to say I suffered through that. I told her I wanted a trim about 1 inch just enough to cut the dead ends and even out my hair and that I wanted my hair flat ironed. She puts me in the chair and cuts about 2 inches off. Then she starts to blow dry my hair. She is pulling and tugging at my hair like someone who pulls taffy! I mean my head is being jerked and pulled and my neck is killing me now. I asked several times for her to stop being so aggressive. She blamed the brush she was using then said oh your hair is drying out so that's why. Smh there was no air on and the owner refused to turn the air on even after I told her it was too hot and I was about to pass out. Never mind I was sweating profusely!!! She said I was hot because of the blow dryer and I would be done soon just be patient as if I was a 5 year old. I asked her to just blew dry my hair without the brush no need to blow dry it straight because I wanted flat iron and she said no this is easier flat iron takes too long and I don't like to do it smh I finally couldn't take anymore and just wanted to leave. That idiot charged me $37 and I left with a half way finished hair do and a major migraine and sore neck! Never ever again! I don't even think she was licensed! BEWARE of this place! No wonder it's always empty in there!

I was running late and she still was able to see me. The hours are flexible enough for a 9 to 5 working person. Ideal! The place is nice and spacious, well kept and has a lot of chairs for pedis and a couple of nail stations. A nice variety of different colors, we all can agree, choosing a color is probably the hardest part of getting your nails done! Marianela was super sweet and worked quickly, the appt took about an hour and a half, and she got every piece of cuticle off; this is also super important for me! I left with my next appointment scheduled Bueno, bonito y barato!

Every time I've been there it's only been her and some young girl there. The young girl does the feet, takes forever, she clearly does NOT know what she is doing since the owner has to constantly look over her work and tell her what she's doing wrong. Yea this place is cheap but it's not worth it. My gel mani usually last 2 weeks, it didn't even last a week here before the polish started to come off. I had to go in and get the nail polish replaced after 2 days and the pictures attached are end result. Availability wise they're great but that says something. Avoid them at all cost.

I came in for a simple trim and made it very clear multiple tim that I wanted to keep my length. I had spent years growing my hair out, and that was the only thing I cared about. Instead, the stylist cut off a huge amount of my hair, giving me blunt, uneven bangs that I never asked for. Like, actually the ugliest bangs i have ever seen. it completely changed my appearance in a way I did not consent to, and there is no easy way to fix it. This isn't something small; you can't undo years of growth. What made it even worse was how I was treated afterward. When I became visibly upset and cried instead of any kind of apology or attempt to fix the situation, the stylist laughed. That level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking. I don't usually complain, and I definitely don't leave reviews, but this experience was so upsetting that I feel like people should be aware. If you care about your hair at all especially if you are trying to keep your length I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

(The I don't have time or money, I'm happy with anything decent, sort of hair cuts) I used to have Daisy cut my hair. Everyone would ask me, "what the hell did you do to your hair?!" From then on I just started making excuses to see Asteria. She is pretty good, but a tad bit unprofessional. She received a phone call from her daughter in the middle of my hair cut! And oh, it was no emergency! The talked about the most bland issues for half an hour!
