When I attempted to contact Lids.com there was no provision for speaking with a human. One number listed got me an answering machine with the sound of a baby crying in the background which referred me to an other number which was busy. The chat function proved useless as well. The only information I was able to locate regarding returns - EVEN APPARENTLY OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - indicated Lids.com would charge around $10.00 service/handling. This is just plain wrong in my opinion when I AM RETURNING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE TO THE COMPANY. I give this company the lowest rating in my vocabularry.

So with BOTH of your professional recommendations, you cant tell what the letters are. No one will look at that hat and be able to tell what my nephews name is! And this is ALL he asked for, for Christmas!. If you didn't know, you should've not given suggestions! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END! Three folks behind the counter, no one…read moreacknowledged us coming in (we were one of two customers in the store - no one else in the parking lot). A staff person approached after about 5 minutes and I asked how the boot display was organized and gave her a couple of boots I wanted to try on and gave her my size range. She returned with the same boots and said I should try them on to see how they work before she pulled the matching boot from the back. I requested the second boot and she really wanted me to try just one, rather than arguing about getting both boots, we left without spending money at this store. Weekend staff is not engaged, may be different during the week but I would get my hopes up for good service.

We went in looking for horseback gear (just in the hopes we'd find it here) - definitely geared more toward western gear and boots, of course! Now that we know what Tracie's has, we will definitely shop here for winter and outdoor boots. They do sell Wrangler retro jeans and Rock n Roll denim as well. Plenty of close by parking and great WF location.
