The bathroom sheetrock was fully water treated, primed, painted, bathroom fixtures were installed and the final result looks fantastic. Communication throughout the project was great. Effi Hanai was the Project Manager and he was diligent in getting the project completed. It was right around the Christmas holiday week but Effi and the workers were able to wrap the project up ahead of when we originally estimated and the results were fantastic. The price was very fair in my opinion and the work was done professionally. Always nervous dealing with a contractor for the first time but they were super reliable and the work service provided was high quality. They damaged many of our belongings and created an unsafe environment for my 1.5-year-old daughter and our dog. The project was completed more than four months past the contract date, and the heating system they installed is a complete mess -- installed incorrectly, non-functional, and unsafe. His crew clearly did not know what they were doing, yet still claimed the work was complete. Now we have no working heat, and I have both a baby and an elderly mother living with me. I reached out to Eric multiple times to rectify the situation and received no response. He and his team were disrespectful to us and our property.
