Once his crew began work Rich was involved in every aspect of the job -- he's very hands on and we liked that. He's also detail oriented and a real perfectionist which is exactly what you want when making a large investment such as this. His crew cleaned everything up and didn't leave anything that we had to clean up afterwards. Rich also took care of small issues that arose during the job, even if it wasn't his responsibility to do it -- he really went above and beyond. You will be very happy with his work -- thank you Rich for everything -- we love it!

Our estimate was provided via email with pics of our roof, outlining in color exactly what work would be done on the roof visually and the proposal provided the written details which includes their warranty. Very detail-oriented. The price was fair and reasonable. The work done by his crew truly highlighted their craftsmanship - top notch, superb. The crew was very professional and efficient. For the most part, the crew cleaned up but left a few debris on my lawn. When I called Alberto about it, he quickly had an employee from his crew at our home the next day to clean it up. To me, that speaks volumes about a company and its owner. I was not ignored or 'blown off' about the debris after the job was done. I highly recommend AP Roofing. You will find Alberto to be very knowledgeable about his craft. I waited before writing this review right away. Instead, I wanted to give it some time to see the 'after affects' of AP Roofing work once it rained. On March 5th it down poured something CRAZY and since then we got more crazy rain and crazier winds. No leaks is what I expected and that's just what I got - NO LEAKS! You can stop your roofing needs search - call AP Roofing at (267) 477-8061. Tell Alberto, Julie highly recommend his company for your roofing needs.

My roof was 28 years old. They replaced the roof and wood on the entire roof. They did a great job...quickly and very neat. I also had a new skylight and 2 kitchen windows replace with trim. They did a great job. They are very polite also. A month later with the heavy wind and rain, I noticed a piece of siding came loose. ( Nothing to do with the work they originally did) I called and they came and repaired it. No charge! They spent 40 minutes on the job at no cost! Vinyl Master really is a customer-oriented company. I get an estimate over the phone and we schedule a time for them to scope things out, with it explicitly stated that they would start repairs that day (as long as there wasn't any work that needed additional materials). A man comes...and doesn't have any of the necessary materials. I'm a bit annoyed and then the man says he actually can't do the inspection at that time and we have to reschedule. Apparently, he got lost on his way over and he is very packed that day so he can't even start the inspection, let alone the repairs we discussed. When the man drove into our driveway, he almost hit the bushes so I asked him to be more careful when backing out. He told me to 'relax' and then proceeded to almost hit the bushes AGAIN and we had to guide him out. It's a wide, 2-car driveway so not sure why he had this issue. I called the office and the staff was very apologetic. I appreciate that they were trying to get a higher-up who could offer a discount, but based on this experience, I decided to go elsewhere for service. The price was fair and the staff was friendly so I'm disappointed it went this way.
