As first time home buyers, my wife and had no idea where to start the process. Thankfully our neighbor (shoutout to Dan) recommended Keith as our realtor and we could not have been happier with the results. Keith's experience and knowledge really showed as he guided us through every step. He was very thorough, broke down every scenario, and never pressured or swayed a decision on us. When it came to inspections and repairs, Keith was at our new home every single day to keep us updated and to make sure everything went as planned. Keith really went above and beyond our expectations and we'll definitely be looking to work with him again in the future! read more

It was great working with Keith! We have both bought and sold with Keith. He is a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We recently sold remotely and Keith went above and beyond to take care of everything. He sold our home in a week! read more

Keith was an absolute pleasure to work with! I honestly couldn't imagine selling or buying any property without him. This was my first time selling a home and just the thought of it stressed me out, but Keith made time to meet me in person and immediately put my mind at ease! He is extremely knowledgeable and as professional as they come. There wasn't a day that went by that he didn't keep me posted on everything that was going on. He staged the home beautifully and the photographer he works with took incredible photos. I was very impressed! The home had several offers after the first showing and that's all it took! Less than a month later my wife and I are working with Keith again, and he's doing just as great a job as our buying agent, helping us close on our dream home in just a couple weeks! Thank you, Keith! read more

Our experience selling our home with Keith Kyle was amazing! We had heard that he's the "go-to" guy for seller who can't/don't want to be involved in the minutiae (repairs, staging, etc) of the sale of their home, and everyone was right! Due to a prior relocation, we were selling our home while living 500 miles away! Keith made the process so simple, from helping coordinate minor repairs and painting, to staging our home and enabling us to get top dollar for the neighborhood. Through all the stresses of selling he always kept a cool head and calmly walked us through the process. This wasn't our first property sale, but it's definitely been the smoothest. We would highly recommend Keith to anyone who doesn't want to be stressed out selling their home. He's really a stand-up guy. read more

Keith is a true professional. His years of experience, sharp market knowledge and strong relationship management skills make him a true solution consultant for your real estate needs. Keith assisted my brothers and I with preparing, staging and selling our parent's home in a way that exceeded all of our expectations. From assisting with finding the right repair resources to working directly with several stages, Keith was managed many details during a difficult period for us. And, Keith was able to sell our parent's home within a few weeks for our asking price. I would strongly endorse and recommend Keith to any family, friend or neighbor in need of a true professional to assist them in their real estate needs. - Mike T (Hermosa Beach, CA) read more

The best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I've bought and sold homes with Keith 4 times. Wouldn't change a thing. Always supportive, and fights for his clients...but one of the most ethical and honest realtors in the business. A+ all the way. read more

Keith went above & beyond to help us find our dream condo in Redondo Beach The Villages. We lived in NY and started our search in September 2019 and then the pandemic derailed things, as well as the crazy Ca market. Keith was constantly on the lookout for a condo that would be the right fit for us. Once we found the home we loved, he worked diligently to secure it for us. Keith never pushed us to do anything outside of our comfort zone and he was our advocate during the negotiation process of buying a home. He responded to our calls, texts & emails promptly and was very accommodating of our tight schedule when we would travel out to the South Bay to look at properties. After closing, he helped us to find a NY based broker to sell our 35+ year home and also continued to help us by checking on the condo during a building construction, and helping us to find reasonable trade people for repairs and upgrades and also checking on the work being done there for us. Keith is hands down one of the most honest, reliable, trustworthy and empathetic people I have ever met, unlike some other brokers we ran across during our search. read more

Keith was referred to us by our [now former] neighbor, who has a bunch of experience in the home buying space, and I'm so glad he connected us! Keith was so easy to work with, no bullshit, and truly took care of everything. I'll admit - I was one of those people who thought I could do it myself and just handle everything online. Boy was I wrong. If you're a first time home buyer (like we were), there is SO MUCH MORE that goes on that you will need someone to handle for you. Keith is that person. Took care of everything! Inspections, measurements, repairs, multiple walk-thrus, cleaners, answered all of our questions, made so many referrals for us, made himself available on weekends and nights, the list goes on and on. Can't recommend him enough! If you're looking to buy in the South Bay, Keith is your guy. read more

I found Keith through online reviews, much like this site here, and going in I felt the bar was set pretty high after reading few. As soon as I met him I felt confident I had found a good realtor and right away we started getting things done. The property was in Hawthorne and had a fairly long list of needs in order to be sold in the condition I wanted it in. Keith was diligent, hard working and very smart with the personal touches he brought. He went above and beyond (for free) on a few things for the house as well. The reviews he has are great and it is for good reason. Reach out to him and start the conversation, I'm very happy I did! read more

Keith Kyle is a top tier realtor in South Bay who we would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the region. We started working with Keith at the end of January 2018. As first-time home buyers, we had a general idea of what we wanted in a home but no idea how to approach the South Bay market. Keith was patient, responsive, knowledgeable and willing to work around our hectic schedules to show properties and answer our questions. Keith is a local who offers unparalleled insight on all of the neighborhoods in the region - from walkability to schools and traffic patterns, to details about recent sales and future residential/commercial development that might impact specific properties. His relationships run deep and provide clients with opportunities to view off-market listings, as well as properties before they hit the MLS. Most importantly, he is always reachable - our calls/texts/emails were always promptly answered. We were out-bid on our first two offers in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. However, everything happens for a reason because we ended up falling in love with a property that had been sitting on the market for quite some time in MB. We worked with Keith to successfully submit an offer and quickly realized that this was when the REAL work began. Keith was a fierce advocate for our interests throughout the escrow and closing process - from the appraisal to the inspection, to working with the escrow agent, lenders, sellers and everything in between. He also always opened the house for us whenever we needed access to measure rooms, meet with vendors, or just soak in the new view! We closed the deal in April, only a few months after starting the search and couldn't be happier with the seamless process. Keith continued to check in on us even after we moved in and offered suggestions for electricians, handymen, HVAC vendors etc. We will definitely work with Keith again and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the region. read more

There is not enough words to explain the outstanding experience I have had with "Super Agent" Keith Kyle. I have purchased two homes with Keith and one as the seller. Each time Keith went above and beyond my expectations as an agent. First house I felt was out of my budget in a hot market and somehow he was able to negotiate a price that put me in the house. 5 years later he sold that house for WAY over asking price in a very quick and easy escrow. Most recently he was able to secure me the home I was renting after I sold the last house for a price we felt was way below market without the house going out on the MLS!! I know whenever I am in the market again or ready to sell this home there is no one I would want by my side. Keith really provides that buying or selling experience you hope for when making such a huge buying decision. If you are looking for a home in the South Bay do yourself a favor and reach out to Keith, it will be the best decision you ever make! read more

Unfailing. Astute. Honest. Three words that highlight our experience working with Keith. We closed in 30 days and had a very smooth escrow overall largely because Keith was on top of his game. His suggestions were solid and yet he never imposed his opinion on us. Much more than the good things he said about the houses we saw, we appreciate the not-so-good things that we could have easily missed as first time buyers. We found him through a recommendation and strongly recommend him, especially for first time home buyers. Thank you Keith, for finding us our Home !! read more

Choosing Keith Kyle Homes to represent the recent sale of our Redondo Beach home was a very wise move on our part. Keith's knowledge, expertise and direction made the process easy for us. Keith went above and beyond my expectations selling my duplex rental house in Torrance, CA. A professional realtor who understands the proper balance and nuances of selling a house. Starting from his initial evaluation of my property, through painting/prep, inspections, open house, and closing. Even more impressive I never even stepped foot back in the state of California. All paperwork was handled through DocuSign, he was always available via text, email, or phone. He handled everything, including dealing with my tenants on what seemed like a daily basis . He never overloaded me with tasks, always presenting me with a series of small hurdles that I could handle, each one at a time. Selling a house is normally like climbing a mountain, Keith made the process more like a jog through the park. Highly Recommended! read more

I can't say that I've ever worked with a better realtor... Keith is as good as they get. I met Keith at an open house he had in a waterfront condo below mine and he'd staged it beautifully along with fantastic listing photos which got them a great offer and sale in just a few days. After seeing his results, a month or so later when I decided to sell, I gave Keith a call and he did the same wonderful job for me, staging my place so it looked like a million bucks after giving me a few tips on what to upgrade for a great sale. It didn't take long to get a fantastic offer and sale thanks to the open houses he had and his friendly personality. read more

Keith Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time homebuyer I came in with plenty of questions and concerns, and Keith was there every step of the way. His professionalism and ability to handle things as they came up were exceptional. Ultimately, I was able to find a great condo in Torrance, and I couldn't be any happier. Had a good experience with Keith finding a home in Northwest Torrance, CA. He was recommended to us by two separate friends who both bought homes in the South Bay with Keith as their agent. Very knowledgeable of different neighborhoods throughout the South Bay and Long Beach - especially finding a good neighborhood for your budget. Compared to other realtors I have dealt with, Keith is very low-key and low-pressure, which for us was good. If you have ever dealt with the opposite - the high-pressure, cheese salesman - you know what I mean. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone who was easy going about the process. Keith Kyle was our realtor. We were first time home buyers and naturally very nervous about the process. We came across Keith online and reached out to him. From the first time speaking with him through getting keys to our new home; Keith was professional, courteous and sincere. In an extremely competitive market he came up with a solution that worked for us and we eventually bought the home of our dreams! read more

I used Keith to both purchase and sell a home in Rolling Hills Estates. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgable. The sales process was difficult and he stayed on top of the lender, the appraiser AND the other agent who really dropped the ball in terms of meeting deadlines and getting the paperwork done correctly. I highly recommend Keith. I'm hoping to use him in a couple of years when I'm ready to purchase again closer to the beach. His website is very helpful in checking out the market and finding available properties. read more

I utilized Keith Kyle to both sell my home and buy a new home. Let me first tell you about selling our home. I had initially found Keith Kyle as I was interested in a home he had listed for sale. After speaking with him on the phone and after a number of email correspondences, the home he had listed that I was originally wanted not going to work out for me (in terms of price). We discussed listing my house during these phone calls and emails, however, I had told him that I had already found an agent that I was going to list my house with, but thanked him for his time. In the weeks prior to listing my home, Keith kept in touch with me giving me pointers on what I could do and what to be weary of (even though he knew he didn't have my business as I was listing with someone else). He invested time to teach me about the process and what to look out for. The night before we were going to sign with another agent, my wife and I discussed and decided to change our mind and sign with Keith. He made us feel comfortable and spent the time with us. After listing with Keith, he spent a great deal of time walking us through the process, took great pictures with a professional photographer, helped us stage the house and asked about my 2 year old sons schedule. This was important to us as he wanted to make sure we were not inconvenienced in any way (e.g. son's nap time, picking up and dropping off to school, etc.). In addition, he wasn't shy about listing our house higher than we initially thought we would get. Once the house was listed, our house had a an offer at FULL PRICE. We were also able to close with 45 days and the buyer side needed some real help, which Keith provided to them (in lieu of their own agent) to make sure the deal went through and was timely. With respect to buying a new home, Keith helped us out every step of the way. He helped us get into properties to see after normal business hours give my wife's and my schedules were hectic. We saw over 25+ homes in our search and not one time did I ever feel he was frustrated with us or not willing to invest him time. We finally found our dream home in a dream location, however, the backyard needed some work. Keith had contractors come and give us estimates to get the backyard in good shape, which we were able to price into our offer. Even before we made the offer, Keith made sure to double and triple check we were completely satisfied as this is a lifelong decision. In addition, the house we were buying was being sold by a relocation company that didn't "budge" on anything. Keith helped us negotiate with them on credits/fixes and even gave up some of his commission to make us completely satisfied to bridge the gap. We moved in two weeks ago, and even to this day, Keith follows up with us to make sure everything is good. I have already recommended Keith to many friends and colleagues when they are ready to buy and sell. When I look back at my experience over the past few months, I feel like my wife and I made the best personal and financial decision to list with Keith Kyle!! read more

Keith Kyle was wonderful to work with. He worked hard to sell my mom's condo through effective marketing and open houses. I've bought and sold three homes in my life, and this was by far the best experience I've had. Keith is incredibly knowledgeable, not only of South Bay real estate, but of the micro markets within each city. We just sold our home in east Manhattan Beach, and he really understood the value of our home, and was able to price & market it just right. We went into escrow within the first week and closed quickly. Buying and selling a home can be an intense and emotional roller coaster ride, but Keith really kept his cool and stayed focused on the big picture throughout the entire process. Not only is he smart and seasoned, but he's a very nice person as well. If you are buying or selling in the South Bay, Keith Kyle would be an amazing asset to have on your team. Keith Kyle was a joy to work with. I can't speak highly enough of his attention to detail, communication, and professionalism. Keith represented me on my first home purchase and made sure that the process went as smooth as possible. He even went as far as to notify me of the home I ended up buying while he was on vacation with his family and helped walk me through the final steps while he was on vacation again (lucky guy!). He made sure that no balls were dropped and had his co-worker, Richard, there to help with the final touches. Keith Kyle. That's who you need to ask for when looking for a real estate agent. My husband and I were house hunting for a few months with agents (a two person team) who weren't a good fit for us. While house hunting we kept hearing Keith's name pop up from fellow agents at showings. We decided it was time to find a real estate agent who had our best interest in mind and decided to reach out to Keith. We are so thankful we did! He was outstanding. He was always there for us whether in person or via text, phone calls, and email. He went to every home with us and even met up with us if we needed to see a location twice. He provided his true and honest opinion on the homes we were seeing. He never tried to "sell" us a home. As a matter of fact, Keith, if anything, would confide in us if he thought a home wouldn't fit our needs. We sat with him prior to hiring him to explain what we were looking for as our home. He was very giving of his time and was able to match us with homes appropriately. Although, we were in a tough market and lost a few offers he kept his energy up for us the entire time! When it came down to placing offers, he was very professional, was on top of his communication with the sellers, as well as, with us. I can't thank him enough for his time and patience and most of all for doing everything he can to make sure we were happy and were comfortable in finding our home. When we closed escrow with Keith we realized we not only had a great team member, but, now a new friend! My husband and I are so happy that Keith Kyle was our guy!! Keith Kyle is an exceptional realtor. He is professional, honest and ethical. He is also incredibly knowledgable of South Bay Real Estate and has written numerous articles. When I first started looking for a home i met with at least 10 realtors. What a waste of time and energy. Some steered me to places that were real dumps- located next to a trailer park or with a view of the parking lot. Some wanted me to sign a contract to work exclusively with them and became enraged when I wouldn't sign anything. Keith is not like that at all. He puts his client's needs first. He is more interested in helping people find the right home at a reasonable price rather than making a big commission. He is also very calm which is important because buying a home can be very stressful. I chose Keith as my realtor because I was impressed by the articles he had written, the five star reviews he received, and his personality. Keith is a good guy and I trust him 100%. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a realtor. read more

We recently used Keith as our realtor to both buy and sell a townhouse in North Redondo Beach. We are really happy we had Keith to guide us during the entire process. In an incredibly competitive seller's market, it was quite difficult to find a bigger townhouse for our growing family, contingent upon selling our current home. Keith was so patient even though our search lasted many months and we were discouraged after a few lost offers. He was honest and helpful when looking at properties, never seemed to grow tired of our many requests for showings, and made sure we found a home that met all our requirements. For each offer, he was very quick to act, explain our situation to the seller, and make our offer look as good as possible. When we finally got an offer accepted, he helped us navigate the market as sellers. His advice to complete a few small renovations were well-reasoned: we ended up getting over a dozen offers and were more than pleased with the end result. Both transactions went very smoothly when we negotiated inspection items and completed all the paperwork to finalize the sales.
