I liked that I was able to book my appointment directly through the MyChart app. I also love that all my blood work/tests show directly through the app as well. The receptionist at the desk was very friendly and checked me in quickly. It was great that I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before arriving so I didn't have to do that while I waited. Sarah, my doctor's assistant is truly a rockstar human and was so much fun to talk to. I'm quite the anxious person, so it's always great to talk to someone who can put you to ease in a stressful environment. I'm feeling super grateful to have insurance and a primary care provider. If you haven't been to a doctor in awhile, go be proactive and look out for your health!

The registration window can get backed up at times, but the staff are friendly. It did take a little longer to get back to my room with the doctor, but once there, everything was speedy. Dr. Fallis is great. He makes everything feel super approachable and breaks down his plan of action. It was super easy to schedule my follow-up appointment onsite.
